Water runs behind the gutters in the back of the house and water cascades right over the top of the gutters in the front of the house. I had them installed in March 2024 and they still have not fixed the problems, I had an appointment 11/25/25 for a crew to come out, but they never showed or called. I have a lifetime warranty, but it's not worth the paper it's written on if they don't honor it. I was told there is a backlog of over 154 homes that have problems that need to be fixed. My suspicions are that positive reviews are totally fake. I recommend that you stay clear of this company.

There is now water damage to a different area in the spare bedroom and in our storage shed out back. We've received No response to calls, texts, or emails since they came out to fix the original leak. More than $20,000 spent to replace a roof and now we will have to find someone else to inspect and repair the leaks and replace the ceiling in our guest room and in our storage shed. I was disappointed in the beer bottles left all over the property by the workers, the pallet of materials they never picked up that are still sitting in my driveway, and that we never received the warranty or signed documents. Now I am incredibly frustrated that we have to hire someone else to clean up the mess.

This summer we had Steve, the owner, come back again and advise us regarding issues we had with our sunroom. The project went so well that we asked him to replace the windows, as well. Our room looks fantastic, and we are getting compliments from everyone who sees it. After waiting a week I called him again, and again he apologized and still didn't have the estimate. So I am still waiting for this estimate from this "highly recommended " company with all these good reviews and I can't even get a call back, or an estimate for the job.
