Purchased a $220 Chimnea Memorial Day weekend, used…read moreit 4-5 times and got a crack in it, informed the store which then took them weeks to get back to me and the ultimate answer was they believe "it is not a manufactures defect", so essentially my fault. I've owned a few chimeas and gave them away still intact and without cracks. They offered me $100 off a new one, but they're out of stock. So I spend $220 on something that may have cost them $100 and you lose a 15 year customer. I go to your store for the staff, as they have always been great, but I can buy this stuff anywhere, which is what I will have to do now. Very disappointed

This store just BARELY opened up in Plainfield, near the old "stonewall" and it is already on it's…read moreway! The owners as as friendly as humanly possible, the prices on all their gardening supplies are very competitive and the location is very convenient for locals in the Marshfield/Plainfield/Barre area. There really is only two other businesses that sell these Hydroponic Gardening Supplies, one is near St. Johnsbury, the other in Waterbury so it is quite convenient. If you need these kinds of supplies, I am tellin ya, this is the place to go!! Greatly friendly people, great prices and verity. Plus, it is a great way to buy local and support your community. The owners themselves live on good ol' Maple Hill in Plainfield. Happy shopping gardeners!!
