Staff are friendly and have good English. After we arrived and found it so appealing we asked to stay another night. He found us a bigger room and gave us a discount on it too. However i got a good nights sleep, paid extra for breakfast which was good value too, and then made the short walk into nimes to catch the airport bus, which the hotel staff gave plenty of directions to.
