I have known this Restaurant for decades, it has been a landmark of the Bugeysian Gastronomy since it's founding by Chef Plummard when it was originally created. Back then it was called "La Plummardiere". It changed owners at least twice since but always remain one of the finest gourmet table of the ancient French Province of Bugey.
The current owners took over 10 years ago and my friends and family in the area tell me they have maintained the tradition of exceptional quality, taste and conviviality that made this establishment world renown.
I am anxious to go back and sit again a their table with my family and friends next summer. I'll write another review then and post pictures. read more
