Excellent Italian. Being American, language can sometimes be a problem, not here. Nice big serving loaded with meat, wonderful sauce and cheese and my wife had a pasta dish that she also thoroughly enjoyed. We did see a unique dish at another table that we have never seen anywhere. They took a whole wheel of (I think) Parmesan cheese and dumped piping hot pasta in the center and mixed it around to the hollow and then served it. It looked great.
