There was something about the flavor combination that was reminiscent of chocolate, at least to me. Sounds wierd, but I really enjoyed it. We were immediately welcomed and accommodated in the most hospitable way. The crepes were delicious and the service was outstanding. We were quite entertained by the one gentleman server who was quite animated and pleasant as he tended to us as well as two nearby tables of locals (so much so that my wife continues to refer to him as "Mr. Charisma"). We encountered two additional employees, a lady and a gentleman, both of whom continued the graciousness and pleasant approach to service. They made every effort to accommodate us in English, and answered our questions about some of the magnificent buildings nearby and helped us understand some French phraseology.
