If there was a way to give negative stars I would give them. My contract clearly states that there will be a late fee assessed on the 7th of the month and they have consistently done it earlier. In addition to that there aren't any security cameras on the property and the customer service agents are foreig. Leggit the worst storage company in Greencastle DO NOT USE. read more

DO NOT RENT UNITS WITH THEM! Our unit was broken into and a large majority of our items were stolen. Due to no signs of forced entry (it being an inside job obviously) the insurance company wouldn't pay out. This company also refused to give up surveillance footage to law enforcement. I would rate this company a 0 if I had the option. Bunch of scamming thiefs. read more

put 1 star because Zero was not an option. HOLY COW, TALK ABOUT INCOMPETENT. Office full of braindead IDIOTS with ZERO accountability. This is not a place to do business , unless you like being stolen from. Their office is a good place for a large meteorite to land.
