SCAM BUSINESS! Absolutely horrible company do not use. I have reached out via phone call, email, certified letter in every way imaginable to close out my storage unit. I cleared out my unit June 29, 2026 and informed them that I am through with the unit. Here we are August 1 and they are still charging me. When I finally Got them on the phone they said I will leave a note and they will Make a determination and call you back and let you know if we can close out the unit. I was baffled. I run a business myself. This is crazy to me. I am through with the unit no longer need the unit and want to stop being charge For the Unit and they are still charging me every month. I do not recommend and I would never use them again. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Please stop charging my card or I will take you to court I have taken every step needed To close this unit out, and you all will not close it out.
