    The medical care is not what it used to be. They order tests that cost the patient a lot of money but never return calls to discuss results.

The woman got a nurse…read moreon the line to tell me that because I went through Boston IVF I need to have my last ultrasound with them to make sure my pregnancy was viable before even making an appointment. I thought that was strange but said ok and hung up. I was called back two days later by their office to make the appointment which I did for a week out. They then called me several times to confirm and cancel my appointment. The calls were literally two minutes apart the day before the appointment. When I called back I could not reach anyone and the appointment was the next day. So I went to the office. They return the call two hours later right before they closed while I was pulling in the parking garage. She proceeded to tell me that my appointment was canceled because I did not have the labs that I was supposed to have done done and it was booked incorrectly and they don't have my records or a referral. I explained to her that I had the day off and I planned on coming to my appointment. I knew for a fact the referral was in place I could see it on my tuffs app, as for the labs they did not give me a requisition and my primary care told me she would not do the labs because we didn't want duplicates. I then proceeded to tell her that I was in the parking garage with my records because her fax machine doesn't work and Boston IVF could not get them to the office. Throughout this entire conversation she was very condescending and arrogant.

If you're reading this, my humble advice is to find another practice, so that you don't end-up in my situation. Also, please mark the review 'useful' so everyone learns about them and some hardworking middle-class family doesn't become their victim (and incur financial losses). We went here for Ultrasound Exams, and the exams performed by staff were mediocre, nothing special about the visits that lasted 5-10 mins (or less in few cases)... I don't think the medical staff is paid much, which explains their lack of interest in work & patient care. However, the amount they bill for these Ultrasound service is 'CRAZY EXPENSIVE $$$$'... I definitely have all the intentions of paying my bills, however, they don't play fair, and invoice you super inflated bills that don't make sense. I asked them the reason for such 'Crazy Bills $$$$', and the responses are like, 'it's negotiated with the insurance companies', and 'healthcare cost are unreasonable for everyone' etc. so I should suck it up... They are not stupid, and realize that their bills are hyper-inflated, therefore prefer to avoid talking with you about it, rather they wait and forward your bills to collections agency. Finally, you'll be left with 2 choices, pay their hyper-inflated bills that don't make sense at all, and they have zero interest in correcting their hyper-inflated medical bill, OR let them spoil your credit score, and then take the matters in court for resolution. To keep it short, if you've read this review, DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICES UNLESS YOU ARE WANT TO INVITE FINANCIAL TROUBLE !!!
