I had this company out for what should have been a straightforward shower cartridge replacement,…read moreand the whole experience left a bad taste. To start, the plumber was friendly enough, but within minutes of arriving, he pivoted straight into trying to sell me a $5,000 water softener system. I don't know when every service call turns into a retail sales pitch, but it's exhausting. I declined and asked to stick to the actual issue. From there, things got worse. Before even inspecting the cartridge or looking behind the wall, he began suggesting a much more invasive (and expensive) solution involving cutting an access panel into my bedroom wall and potentially replacing surrounding plumbing. Again, this was all before any real attempt to diagnose the problem. When I pushed back and said I just wanted the cartridge replaced, I was quoted around $500. High, but fine. Then, after about 30 seconds of trying, he claimed the faucet "wouldn't come off" and immediately went back to pushing the wall-cutting option. I decided to hold off and take a look myself after he left. The faucet was stuck, sure--but with a Dremel, I had it off in under two minutes. A quick trip to Lowe's, about $150 in parts, and an hour of work later, everything is fixed. No leaks, no wall damage, no unnecessary upsell. End result: I saved somewhere between $350 and $1,000, depending on which route they were trying to steer me toward. I don't expect miracles, but I do expect an honest attempt to fix the actual problem before jumping to the most expensive option. This felt far more like a sales call than a service call. Would not use again.

This company used to be cove creek plumbing. They rebranded to hide their hideous and dishonest reputation. I surf them, and they had the nerve to counter sue me. Avoid these plumbers. Try pipeline plumbing. They are the ones who cleaned to the mess david sanders made.

These days this review would already have me thinking wow sounds great I should give them a call considering most companies don't even get back to you, but just so you know they did much more than simply provide us with basic service that should be an industry standard! They then began the job for us and followed up with pictures and videos without even a request because they knew we were out of town. They worked quickly and efficiently communicating with us throughout the process. After arriving to see what had been done for us we quickly realized our expectations were but a sliver of what was accomplished! If you need a septic, driveway, land clearing, gravel, and I'm sure much more you need to give them a call. We can't say enough good things they went above and beyond, we couldn't image a better experience with anyone else.

I had an exceptional experience with Knockout Water Delivery from start to finish. I needed a serious amount of water for a project and called several other companies first. Knockout Water immediately stood out. When I called the office, Dustin got me set up very quickly, answered my questions, and made the entire process simple. After comparing them to other companies, Knockout Water had the best price, but what really mattered to me was efficiency, speed, and the ability to actually handle the job. Other places I called could only bring one truck at a time, which would have taken multiple days to complete the job. Knockout Water was the only company that told me they could bring several trucks and get the job done much faster. That made a huge difference for the project we were working on. They completed the job in just a couple of hours, when it likely would have taken other companies days to finish. Knockout has a fleet of trucks, while others are solo operators running one truck at a time. Their trucks and delivery tanks are new, and you can immediately tell this company operates in a very clean, well-maintained environment. When Kyle and the rest of the delivery crew arrived on scene, we knew we were in great hands. They were professional, organized, and clearly had both the people and the equipment necessary to get the job done right. One more thing of real importance! If your delivery location is on a steep hill, or in a tall tank or elevated area as often exist in mountainous areas around here have no fear - they have a high tech Maui Hook they use for special jobs like that. I would highly recommend Knockout Water Delivery to anyone needing bulk water delivery in East Tennessee, including Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley, and the surrounding areas. Whether you need water for a pool, hot tub, cabin, construction site, holding tank, or large project, this is the place to call. Fast service, fair pricing, great communication, and same-day delivery. They are the best water delivery service in the smokies. Five stars all the way.
