Both ladies were knowledgeable and kind. They were attentive but not at all high pressure salespeople. We went to Great Floors later in the day to continue our research. Our experience there could not have been more different. The salesman was dismissive and rude. He then left us to look at the displays and never checked on us again. We haven't bought yet, but we ARE going back to IFS and working with Jennifer and Katie.
