Established in 1997.

We are a 3rd generation, family-run feed store that opened it's doors in 1949. We have certainly made some changes since the early years, but our promise to deliver quality feed and products remains the same. What makes us unique is that we not only sell name brands like Lone Star, Purina, and Nutrena, but we also make our own line of livestock feeds right here in our mills 6 days a week! Meet the Business Owner: Barbara M.

We are a 3rd generation feed and seed started in 1949 by Sydney Melancon. As the years went by, Sydney's son, Ronald "Boze" Melancon became involved and took over the business until his death in 1993. Today, the business is run by Barbara, Boze's wife, and assisted by their 3 daughters. Rooted deeply in the belief of serving one's community, the family passionately works to do just that!
