40% of Essay reviews here on Yelp have the same complaint against Rob as I do. Padding the bill…read more Misleading quotes. Rob is suing me for his padded bill amount (not for the discounted amount, like he claims). Plus, he still has not answered all of my billing complaints. On day one, after receiving his shocking bill, he offered a discount without correcting the bill. Yes, I was grateful until I received the same, uncorrected bill!! As Rob proved, he did not correct it so that he could sue me for the fake amount also. I waited patiently for a corrected bill that never came. I actually thought that he was skulking away because he was caught in a lie. When Matt started harassing me, I directed him to correct the bill. That's all I want. I told him to handle it. Matt literally laughed at me and said "Okaaaaaay". That must be the moment they hired Rob's "partner", his collection agency to bully and to threaten to ruin my credit because I'm standing up for myself. Rob says I'm hostile so I looked up the word hostile in the dictionary. It means "Being in opposition." So yes, I am opposed or hostile to being forced to line Rob's pockets. I am hostile to Rob using my home as a platform to rob me. I am opposed to or hostile towards Rob who is standing behind his plumber named Keddy who blatantly lied about time in my home. I am hostile towards not having a corrected bill. I am hostile or opposed to Rob and Matt billing my elderly parents who did not hire them. I have absolutely no reason to lie about this. I don't know these people other than that they violated me. It's not alot of money. It's the principle. I'm pretty worn out by this company's disrespect and their commitment to fraud. Hopefully use of this forum will help others avoid the same hassle and loss of money and time like the rest of us.

I'm calling on All Wright to some other work I want completed. Highly recommend.

More recently, a track lighting fixture very high up on a cathedral ceiling stopped working, We made an appointment for All Wright to come to fix this. We told them that the fixture was very high up and suggested that they bring an extra long ladder. We were told that one of their technicians would be in our area the next day and would stop by. He said that they fixture was not the problem but that it was a problem with the switch on the wall. When the second technician came, he failed to bring the correct switch and told us to call the office to arrange a follow up appointment. The third guy arrived with the wrong switch but was able to run to our near-by hardward store and buy the correct switch. Imagine our surprise when All Wright charged us for this visit. We ended up paying almost $600 to replace a switch.

But I left messages with no response. I finally called one day from a different phone (I didn't even think of it at the time), and John picked up finally. I explained to him what was going on. He said he logged into my system and could clearly see there was an issue. He said he would get right back to me. That was 4 months ago. I have called several times since with zero response. During this time I have encountered a total of $800 worth of electric bills that I shouldn't have had to pay has a system been properly fixed. I had to call another company and was under the understanding that everything was under warranty. It's not. Turns out what's covered is the actual panels but not the labor. The company that installed them as responsible for the first 10 years. That's why they don't want to call back because they have to now do the actual work. So now I had to reach out to another company. It was almost $300 just to get people out and properly diagnose the system. I'm also going to have to pay for new installation on the panels. You can bet there's going to be a lawsuit and a call to consumer affairs. It's really sad that a company can't even stand behind their own work and ignores you. Not the company you want to be using.

I've had him do all sorts of electrical work over the years, from replacing outlets, to upgrading my entire electrical system, installing high hats, rewiring rooms, grounding my pool, making sure everything is safe throughout the house, and even fixing other people's shoddy work from before we moved in. Scheduling is also a breeze, this isn't one of those companies where you have to schedule 10 years out and then they give you a window between like 8am and 5pm and then they show up at 7:30pm, if at all. Rather, Tim's always around within a few days and shows up at a specific time, so I don't have to take the whole day off of work so I can look out my living room window all day. It's nice to know that the work is going to get done promptly, the right way, at a reasonable cost to boot. Perhaps there is still some hope in this meaningless world after all. I wish all contractors were this way. Very very highly recommended!
