I've been coming to Atlas Brain & Spine for a while and have had positive results coming here. Dr Brandon and Dr Murray go above and beyond to help me feel better. NUCCA Chiropractic Care is a lot more gentle than the traditional chiropractor. I personally in my opinion would not recommend going to one of those viral chiropractors you see online that violently crack your body. Their services are great they do a good job tracking your progress and Tania is great reminding me of my next visit. I highly recommend Atlas Brain & Spine. read more

When I first met Dr. Murray and his team I was in bad shape. I have a rare condition that affects all my collagen joints and connective tissue. I have been a patient of Dr. Kyle now for over a year. I used to see Dr. Radwanski in Pasadena but transferred to Atlas when she moved to a different state. I have become a big fan of the NUCCA Chiropractic technique. I started it in 2020 for debilitating migraines I was getting every other weekend. It helped a lot with that, decreased the intensity and number of them drastically. I had seen a handful of chiropractors before doing NUCCA over the decades. But my body just could not handle the "neck cracking" rougher adjustments after ten years of doing them so I decided to try a gentler approach which is what NUCCA did. It has been a journey that has been so worth the investment to me to do NUCCA. I will continue to seek out NUCCA care as long as I want to keep myself healthy. The adjustments are very gentle, it feels like it is not doing anything while it is happening but it most definitely is!! This office in particular offers not just Chiropractic providers but I truly consider them healers. They show compassion and patience on such a different level that it really just shows and makes a difference. I appreciate the doctors being humble and kind and even offering prayer while they join me on my healing journey. I so appreciate that, it shows me they genuinely want me to improve and also that they rely on God to heal their patients not just their skills. They offer superbills for me to submit to my own insurance because they are OON with all insurances. The front desk is always friendly and accommodating to my schedule as much as possible. They will try to get me in on the same day if I am not feeling good and need to be adjusted. They aren't pushy like other chiropractors who will try to sell you supplements or things that you aren't interested in. However, they will suggest things if you ask them for advice. I started taking a supplement Dr. Kyle recommended and it has helped my stomach issues so much. I'm so glad I asked for his opinion on it. I would highly recommend this place if you are willing to commit to the treatment plan and be patient with the results because not everyone will feel them at the same pace. If you're reading any of these reviews it means you've heard about NUCCA--be glad you did, and like me (if you proceed with treatment) you'll wish you had earlier. I wish I heard of NUCCA earlier than I did but am so grateful it didn't take longer. About two years ago I suffered pretty extensive whiplash that left my neck in debilitating pain and tension which stretched down into my shoulders and upper back. My girlfriend had mentioned NUCCA to me a year or two prior and we had been meaning to check it out for the many benefits it's known for and simply never did. She had heard of Atlas Brain and Spine from a good friend who swears by Atlas. After my injury we remembered Atlas. I booked a consultation not really knowing what to expect but with the hope of finding some help to alleviate my pain and help my neck heal. I walked through the doors with limited range of motion in turning my neck, pinching nerves every other month during sleep, and in a state of hypertension running throughout my body. A day never passed where I wasn't aware of and actively feeling my injury which was stressing out my body and my mind and making every day that much harder. In meeting with Dr. Murray I had come to realize just how many injuries I had sustained to my body/neck/head that would have (and did) throw my spine out of alignment years before the whiplash injury that led me to his office. In all honesty, most every person, whether they have sustained injury or not, could benefit from NUCCA. It's amazing the amount of information I got after the initial consultation/x-rays/ etc. It was no surprise learning my spine and neck were out of alignment, my body in a constant state of flight or flight. I've been going to see Dr. Murray for around a year and a half thereabouts and since then I've been sleeping better, found myself with more energy than I previously had, and my body loosening up and having been able to rest in ways it hasn't in previous years. I am 6'4 and have always suffered from bad posture but am so much more aware of and in touch with my body, especially my neck that I find myself correcting my posture and movements which have resulted in better more healthy habits in how I go about my day whether it be walking, working out, sitting, typing, looking at my phone or television, or any other daily activity you do unaware of the cumulative negative affect they can all have on your body when done with poor/unhealthy posture . X-rays and reexamination have shown my improved spinal health and curve correction in just a year and a half. The treatment is noninvasive and barely noticeable to the point where you question whether anything was done at all but the proof is in the results, the data, and the science. Obviously Life is still difficult and filled with stressors and it feels like every day can be a constant battle but I'm in a much better position to take on those daily challenges/stressors than I was before having gone to Atlas Brain and Spine. I no longer feel my whiplash injury as I did on a daily basis which is liberating and relieving. Dr. Murray and his staff are so sincere in their care for your health and well-being. I had loads of questions over the course of my treatment and Dr. Murray was eager to answer everyone. I have never not felt heard in any of my concerns. I live in LA and his office is an hour away from me without traffic and definitely had reservations about taking the plunge but I'm so glad I did. It was an investment in my body and future health that was well worth it. At the very least I would encourage anyone on the fence to get the initial consultation. My mother suffered from migraines and had massive back pain and can only imagine the relief she may have benefited from if NUCCA was more mainstream and it had fallen on her radar.
