Era suposto ser uma experiência feliz e memorável, poder finalmente comprar casa após muitos anos a arrendar... mas foi exatamente o OPOSTO! Houve uma total falta de orientação e apoio para tratar dos requisitos e burocracia, foi a minha irmã que fez o trabalho todo de se deslocar e obter documentos (muitos estavam desatualizados, plantas, etc), informações erradas foram dadas ("Ah, pedir esse documento leva 15d" e a minha irmã obteve no próprio dia!!), pediram um documento requisitado pelo Banco tarde e ERRARAM 2 vezes no valor escrito no contrato de venda, o que levou a escritura a ter que ser adiada 3 vezes (10 dias úteis de espera para conseguir o documento retificado!). Todo o processo de compra acabou por levar mais de 5 meses devido a inércia, atrasos e incompetência por parte desta imobiliária, que só se preocupa com a parte do Vendedor! Houve uma enorme pressão para pagar o sinal (20 000 euros), uma vez pago desinteressaram-se de ajudar. Foi-nos dito no início que o apartamento era vendido com o recheio e depois limparam e levaram tudo o que quiseram, inclusive alguma mobília que estava incluída no acordo. Uma vergonha, uma falta de honestidade e integridade! NAO ACONSELHO ESTA IMOBILIARIA A NINGUÉM!!! Evitem se puderem! I wouldn't give ANY stars if I could! Incompetent and unprofessional!! I unfortunately bought my first house through this real estate, after MANY years of renting.... What I imagined would be a joyous occasion, became the opposite! There was ZERO guidance and support regarding burocracy, my sister was the one doing the leg work to get updated documents concerning the flat (which was built in 2000), they gave wrong information regarding timelines, were late getting documents requested by the bank, got the WRONG value written on the contract TWICE, which caused the date to sign the Deed to be postponed THREE times, as each time we had to wait 10 working days for the corrected document!!! The whole process unnecessarily took just over 5 months due to this! There was enormous pressure to pay the fee to reserve the house (20 000 euros) but then a total lack of help! All they care about is the Seller's part, not the Buyer's! We were told in the beginning the apartment was being sold with the contents, but before selling, they took away lots of stuff, including some furniture. A total lack of honesty and integrity! AVOID THIS REAL STATE IF YOU CAN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

The apartment is excellent....except...the apartment above allow their dog to use the balcony for a latrine...we in the apartment below get the food of urine running off the above onto our patio above. The so called...management of RPG...HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT. ....even though the UK owners have spoken to them. A real disgrace...the above Portugese residents are a disgrace to Portugal. The Bahia Atlantico Apartments are located just out of the centre of Albuefeira. The complex is…read morelarge and there is ample free parking outside. The apartments themselves are brilliant, very modern and extremely clean and well kept. It was like walking into a show-home! Our apartment was huge and had a separate bedroom and bathroom and a large living area with kitchen. There was a big balcony overlooking the pool and sea. There was a TV in the living area with satellite channels and internet access via a modem (extra charge). The hotel itself had plenty of facilities including a games room, massage centre, gym, indoor pool and small library. Lovely place to stay and there seemed to be plenty to do in the area
