The staff was great; at the beginning of every shift, the nurses would come to my room and introduce themselves and write their names on the board, because lord knows I was too wacked out to remember anything. They were also really quick come assist me when I had to be unhooked from my 25 million apperati to use the bathroom, as well as quickly adminstering those nausea meds. Everybody on the wing was really great, right down to the janitorial staff. Also, when I came here for my "bootcamp" session a few days before surgery, the woman running it was very helpful and thorough, and even gave me a private tour of the wing I'd be staying in. I was also here about a million times for bloodwork and other testing. The staff in the lab unit is also friendly, but they had a loootttt of trouble finding a vein to take blood. I think I had 3 different lab techs standing around me at one time trying to stick me. "Hey, Jason, you wanna come 'ere? I can't find a vein in her! See if you can!" Not really a pleasant experience. Still, the thing that sticks out in my mind is my overnight stay here, which was about as pleasant an experience as you can have overnight in a hospital. Oh, the building is actually quite lovely inside, especially the lobby and the meeting rooms. Clean, spacious, and lots of windows to let in the sunshine!

i've visited this er and hospital multiple times in the last few years due to autoimmune flares…read morethat needed immediate treatment .. 90 percent of the nurses and techs were great .. my issue is with the ER drs and the hospitalists. I have to actually request not to be seen by certain drs due to their lack of understanding of my condition and refusal to educate themselves by talking to my specialist outside of the hospital. One dr in particular Dr Goldstein is very arrogant and treats me like I am crazy whenever i have to be seen there. He tries to tell me my tests are all normal when clearly they aren't . He has the attitude of "treat em and street em". if he would take the time to actually listen to my specialist he would see that my issues are complex and beyond his scope ..but his ego won't allow him to. I tell everyone to always read your patient portal !!

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent interaction I had with a staff…read moremember named Lana at your office. On my initial call with Lana, I explained that I would not be able to pay my deductible until July, as my appointment took place in March, and we are still in June. Although her tone was unprofessional during that conversation, she acknowledged my statement and indicated that it was acceptable. However, on June 13th, I received a voicemail from Lana again inquiring about the payment. When I called the office to follow up, the receptionist began to repeat my message when Lana interrupted rudely, demanding to know my name. Upon identifying myself, she abruptly took the phone and spoke to me in a hostile and disrespectful manner. She insisted she would charge my card, despite not having a copy of it, and when I reminded her of our previous conversation, she shouted, "So I have to wait?" I confirmed, and she continued to speak to me in a demeaning and aggressive tone. I found this behavior to be not only unprofessional but also completely inappropriate. I was shocked by the level of disrespect and lack of courtesy shown to me, especially considering I had already communicated my payment timeline. It is unacceptable for any patient or client to be treated in such a manner. After this experience, I investigated reviews of your facility and noticed that similar complaints have been made by others. This pattern of behavior is concerning and reflects poorly on your practice. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. No one should be subjected to such treatment, and I trust that steps will be taken to ensure respectful and professional communication moving forward. I've never seen anything like this. This worker continues to harass me when the bill was already paid. Obviously she doesn't have enough work. Who texts a patient from their private phone? Very unprofessional and extremely inappropriate. Lana I'll see you in court.
