My wife and I wanted to update our bathroom, and we received several proposals, most of which were…read moreshower inserts. Due to the high cost of these options, we contacted Tile Outlet and Granite and received a very reasonable bid to replace the existing shower with tile and glass doors, and add tile a tile surround on the tub. When the job was complete, we were extremely happy with the results. If you're interested in updating your bathroom, pass on those "one-day" shower replacement companies and contact the outstanding people at Tile Outlet and Granite. Tile Outlet and Granite offers impeccable design advice, great products, outstanding installation personnel!

Be extremely careful about what you are getting in quantity. I learned the hard way. My receipts…read moreshowed the supposed square footage, not the boxes. My contractor picked up 83 boxes which contained 7 tiles, equaling 14 square feet. The total pickup was 996 square feet, not the 1200 listed. This was also evidenced when I ran out of tile. This also happened on a small order where I did the math for what I needed , added 10% for waste and was still 2 boxes short. The receipt does NOT show boxes, so you do not have recourse once you leave the store. Phil is argumentative, and although Marco seems decent, this has not been resolved so this is my PSA. This has cost me over $1500 in materials and trips back to the store for more tile. It was Florida tile so part of the issue is probably with the supplier too. Count the boxes AND the tiles. Sorry guys but that is the truth. Otherwise, good selection and customer service.

I will never do business with Precision Counter tops again. I was lied to from a guy name Joe and…read moreSam who first installed the counter tops. They said my outlet covers would fit back on after the caulk dried. It turned out that PC did not measure correctly in the first place for the backsplash and behind the stove. It took two more weeks before they got it cut down to the right measurements. I went 4 weeks without a kitchen stove, microwave, and 2 weeks without a kitchen sink. I also had to take extra days off then just two, I ended up missing 4 days of work. PC said they do not compromise for my days missed because of some template signature I gave, but I also paid over 4K to have them not do their job right from the beginning. Who knew they would mess it up and not compromise. This company lies, don't care about their customers. Please do not use them unless your will to lose money for their mistakes and lies. P.S. I had to give them at least a one star so this post but if I could I would give them a negative (-) 5 star.

Do not touch this group! My third time installing counter tops and never had a problem until them…read more They have many rules and regulations. For example: my counters weren't cleaned off for estimator so he turned and left. Wouldn't wait. They call and say I owe 125.00 for his visit. Then 165.00 to unhook stove and sink. Five minutes. Won't rehook. Threatened to leave when they said it wasn't unhooked. Today they came to remeasure backsplash they say is nine feet off originally it included an area now taken off but I owe 125.00 for extra footage. Can't give you a time for backsplash installation. you just live getting dinged and the neverending story of getting dinged. Older women out there beware. This is not a good company. Wish I could relive the whole story walking by the quartz at Home Depot.

Wow, please avoid these guys. We hired them for a kitchen remodel and it was an awful experience…read more It was an unorganized process and the work was bad: -subcontractors would show up on the wrong days (which was rough having to rearrange my own work schedule), the countertops were incorrectly cut, countertops incorrectly installed, tile caulking cracking, cabinets were installed unlevel, shelves were installed unlevel, handles were installed unlevel, caulking left all over cabinets, brand new paint damaged/scratched due to rolling shelf install, sloppy electrical work was done that we had do redo ourselves, dishwasher install never completed, unfinished baseboards and sloppy baseboard install. As homeowners, we had to bring up all the issues as they happened since there was no oversight from Cutting Edge on our project. This resulted in subcontractors making multiple visits and we're even left with items on the list that were never fixed. We've been left to complete/fix on our own and resulting in having us spend more money to buy additional materials. Upon our final invoice for the remaining 10% of the quote, we asked to speak with the owner about all these issues. At the end of the day, we simply requested to have some discounts applied for all the issues and the unresolved issues and the response was unreal. We were blamed for all of their messed up work and claimed they had several additional charges from subs bc they had to come out and fix their work that was poorly done in the first place. We were also threatened with legal action by the owner because he was unwilling to take ownership of any errors and come to a fair agreement with the final invoice. In conclusion, do your research, and avoid Cutting Edge Kitchens at all cost.
