Your best bet is to hire an actual siding company who will show up every day, the same people, do the job correctly, not bother the homeowner more than they already do. Never saw owner on site, except 3 times for a few minutes over 2 weeks period. Couldn't get crew to ever show up. Had to call owner of Siding Masters every other day to see if someone will show up to work, oh he doesn't answer your call or ever return your call. You have to use a phone number he doesn't know so he things it's a new business call. Always an argument with Don FATTURSO, Never came around at end of project. Never cared bout our complaints. At this point it would cost more to fix than it cost to actually have the siding job done by Siding Masters. I suggest you do not use this company nor should you use this contractor for any of your work. Job was horrible you could see in the pictures they drink while working. Told Don the contractor and he DID NOTHING!!! Nothing is straight or square, tons of caulk. All they had to do was cut things to correct size hence why nothing is square and filled with tons off caulk. Dented panels. Not bent correct. Workers are literally jokes 2 guys show one works while the other just wants to talk long winders stories. I told him to his face "STOP TALKING GO TO WORK" Augh!!!!! So now I'll call my expert after my old mother got suckered. She listened to a friend but to them who don't know only see the new siding. But when you actually take the time yourself and know a little you'll see tons of mistakes.

I wish I could give zero stars. We hired James for 2 bathroom remodels and a floor install. It was…read moreoff to a rocky start when the dumpster company warned us he was on his own time schedule. He showed up at 1, 2 in the afternoon. We have two small kids and having to navigate dinner times and the day with all his supplies etc. He would never communicate. We wouldn't even know until we texted him to see what was going on all the while this dumpster we were paying for a certain amount of time sat in our driveway. He was very sloppy. He left cement and various other materials all over the driveway and side of the house. He subcontracted out the floors which are the only thing that has held up but proceeded to not put tarps down on the new floors while he worked on the bathroom. We are still finding spots of spackle he stepped on. The grout on the floor is cracking in the first bathroom he did. There is caulk all over the threshold marble. Lastly he has been back to fix the tile in the master bath shower twice. The grout keeps cracking and flaking off. We chose a patterned subway tile and he never even scattered the pattern. He put the same patterned tiles right next to each other. He started the tile from the top down which we have been told several times by other professionals that should not have been done that way. We contacted him a third time because it's happening again prior to the warranty expiring. Now he only wants to offer a 90 day warranty on his work. He does not stand by his work and has never apologized. I worked in the apartment industry for years and we still had bathrooms from the 50s with pink tile that stood the test of time. There is no reason that grout and tile if installed correctly should fail 3 times in under a year. At one point the tiles were falling off the wall and here we are again the grout is just falling off when water hits it. He blames the grout. Never his installation of the grout. He takes no responsibility for his workmanship. We paid a lot of money for a new bathroom and here we are a year later with shotty work and a contractor unwilling to stand by his workmanship. On top of all of this while he worked here he routinely took phone calls from his kids and screamed obscenities at them while in the house with myself and my children right there. Do not hire.

Approximately 3 weeks ago I had a new garage door installed. Reason being is that they over drilled the hole and it was too large to hold it . Hi Before they left I asked if there was any problem with the door opener and they said no. At this point I paid and tipped all three installers. I found no screws on the ground meaning that they realized what they did and never tried to remedy or tell me about the situation. I then texted the salesman Mr. Joe Quinn telling him what occurred and sent him a picture of the bracket in. He said we will send someone out to correct it. In the meantime I ordered a reinforcement bracket and installed myself. No one has contacted me since the install and thank God I'm handy because I was unable to use the door until I corrected the problem 2 weeks later. In fairness door was nice -company was prompt -and until I discovered the issue all was fine. Next time I will pay anyone who works on my home by credit card so issues like this can be contested. Why 5 stars ? From the moment Kevin the sales guy from Charles came to my house it was nothing but…read moreprofessional, he measured the property spoke with me about my ideas and gave his input. He then sat in his work truck and drew out a complete detailed estimate including how many sections and posts ect would need to be included. They also worked with me on the price since i had already gotten several other estimates on paper. I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted and Kevin worked with me and took his time to change the estimates and drawings. As for the install , they showed up on time with everything they needed , a complete crew to do the job. I spoke to the workers and made sure everything was as I wanted, they listened and gave feedback and didn't mind me watching the project go up. In conversation it seems most of the installers have several years experience installing fences and or with Carls. They also did a great job cleaning up my property when they were complete. I am going to add to my project in the future , and my neighbor liked the finished project so much he is replacing his fence too.

But they were the only contractor that was willing to come out to repair it so I had no other choice. The post they reinstalled is at slightly different height than the old one so the fence is no longer level. But at least it is fixed.
