I went and he messed up my injuries further, treated me with rudeness and was unkind, and also told me to leave. He does not care whether you get better or not, and doesn't really care how you feel. An insensitive person that needs a mental therapist himself. His staff in the the Jackson office are very unprofessional. They will have side conversations and leave the patient hanging and waiting until they finish their conversation. Robert Lavin cares more about finishing his reports on the computer first before seeing the patient. He repeats the same excersices over and over again and does not use variety. He only sees you the last 5 minutes of the session to do stretches but other than that, he let his unprofessional and untrained staff to do the job which they are clearly not capable of doing.

Above all this, they charged her $25 because she cancelled her appointment first thing in the morning yesterday (when her appt wasn't until 4pm) because she had to go to the hospital for a test that her doctor needed her to complete! They said it was in the contract she signed but I guess they can make mistakes but their poor clients can't..if you're thinking of being a patient here..beware!!

But now, we think it's just overstretching/hypermobility and under mobility/tight muscles in other areas. I thought they were all connected, but now we think they're not and just influencing one another- and some things are unrelated. Talk about getting specific treatment and attention. I had been to chiropractic, MRI, PT, neurologists, therapists, you name it! Dr. Mitch's consultation over the phone was wonderful. Then, he quickly, actually came to my home and set up his table and spent 2 hours with me during my first visit!! Subsequent sessions that were suppose to be an hour often went over in the interest of helping me feel as good as possible for the week. He offers very flexible scheduling. He never pushed unneeded sessions and it made such a huge difference going to him rather than the mills that just bring you in, charge you, and leave you half fixed (no offense to them lol- he's just so good- I have to explain). I'm sure I am in good company with many other unfortunate souls. I had not seen a Chiro in years & do not relish getting bent & twisted up but Dr. John Calucci at Spectrum was great.
