Listen my friends. Let me give you a heads up about this place…read more If you absolutely have to spend the $75 to take a mandated course...DO NOT GO HERE. My horror story comes begins with getting a ticket from an officer that I should not have even received. Long story short.... I got ticketed for "Speeding in a school zone" when the school zone was not even active, there were no children, buses, cross guards, etc. Four times at the court house, 1 court date and judge later....I came out with a $637 ticket and a court-ordered 8 hour aggressive driving course (eek!). When I called the number provided on the website (because I could NOT schedule my own course), I was answered by a fairly nice but brief woman who ran through the scheduling very quickly. I kept repeating to the woman that I needed the aggressive driving course and she insisted that it was correct one. I booked the class, spent my Sunday in a small classroom with 20 other people, ended up getting a cold from the air conditioning being too low and sadly lost 8 hrs of my life. by the way, midway through the class the dvr stand broke and shattered on the floor, delaying our class by half an hour. When I went to the courthouse to pay part of the ticket I was informed that they would not accept the certificate for the course because it was the BASIC drivers course and not the AGGRESSIVE drivers course. Needless to say...I drove to the FSC to get it straightened out. UNFORTUNATELY, straightened out to the FSC meant telling me that it was my "word against" theirs and that they basically would not take the blame for their mistake. Needless to say, I ended up crying and in the supervisors office who told me he would only credit me for the class I had already taken. When I asked him to give me physical documentation stating he would give me credit he replied with a curt "no" followed by a "who is to say you won't come back in 2 years and try to have me honor the credit." I was appalled. I never should have received the ticket in the first place and now this employee believes I want to drag out this whole ordeal for two years? Begrudgingly, the supervisor ended up writing the credit on the back of his business card and simply told me that when I was ready to take the course to ask to see him directly and he would process the transaction. If it weren't for the credit I am receiving (I definitely DO NOT want to pay $110 as opposed to the $35 that I miraculously was told I only had to pay), I would NOT be going back to this place. Save yourself the money and the horror. Find a better establishment to give your money to.

Instructor did a really good job on teaching and had a passion for what he was doing. You got to share your experiences with other classmates and got to know a lot about the Florida Law about alcohol. Anyways if you end up getting a DUI or would like to get some education i recommend that you go here. Great Faculty and The instructor was very Helpful. You will learn quite a bit. p.s. If you ever get asked to blow through a breathalyzer, do not refuse because that is an automatic 1-Year Suspension & anything over a 0.01 can get you arrested & charge for dui. Bottom line from me......... Don't Drink & Drive!

Each time I called, - yes, multiple calls- my questions were patiently and thoroughly answered. There was a large availability of time slots for the road test - unlike the county Tax Collector Offices. On the day of the test, we arrived very early for our appointment since we drove from Orlando Kip immediately accommodated us (we were definitely willing to wait for our time slot if needed), helped us through the paperwork (using my out of state car), and provided us with the tablet for the review. My daughter said during the road test, he was kind, patient, and supportive. While I nervously waited and paced in the building, another All Class employee offered me a bottle of water and talked with me to reduce my nerves. There was a lot riding on her passing, as my flight was the next morning, but if we needed to reschedule for the FREE retest, the next weekday had ample availability. Upon passing, Kip explained that she needed to go to the tax office to get her license. We shared that we also needed to do a change of address, but we didn't have the documents with us. So, he helped us and printed what we needed, which was definitely above and beyond what All Class needed to do. This allowed us to get to the Lakeland office, change her address, and walk out with her license 45 minutes later. I cannot recommend All Class enough! She explained how they only cancel and give a refund for hurricane weather. That's fine. However, the smart remarks are not. Very unprofessional. I'm a new driver and I have driving anxiety. I don't feel comfortable or confident driving in the rain yet. I've decided to take the loss (out $170) and I won't be coming back. I wouldn't recommend scheduling driving lessons with the Florida Safety Council. Nobody deserves to be spoken to that way.

My daughter was scheduled for six hours of live driver training and then the road test. She successfully completed the course and road test. She was then able to get her Florida license at the DMV. We were very satisfied with the services provided by Kevin and his instructors. Maria had a different instructor for each of the 2 hour sessions. They were all very efficient and professional. The concept of having a different instructor for each session is very innovative and effective. I highly recommend the Safety Council's services.
