I reached out more than a handful of times trying to correct a mistake made by the Burlington county courts while a loved one was vacationing at this facility. Well I need some documents in this facility. When I called a few weeks ago someone say that the only way I can get that document is in person only. I spoke with Maria which she was amazing. This is the grossest hotel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in. The security is way too tight, the housekeepers don't take their jobs seriously, the whole building smells like dirty gym socks, and the matching outfits they make everyone wear is a fashion travesty.
