Speechless.... This…read morecompany deleted my post on Facebook. in which I messaged only asking for my $20 back since I paid for a quote that I did NOT get. I find it funny that this company went to the extreme level of blocking and deleting my post by which I stated that I would have deleted the post if he would only apologize and give me my money back... Sadly. They couldn't "lower" themselves to do that and instead blocked all communication with me. On top of this, the owner asked me to reschedule an hour before our agreed consultation time. As if this is enough of my time wasted. We rescheduled the following morning and the employee that he sent instead of coming himself was 30 minutes late..............

If you have any flooring needs, please DO NOT give your business to Eagleson Flooring. We have been…read morebooked to have carpet installed since early March. I advised the rep (Joel) on April 6 that we have someone immuno-compromised in our household and we require that everyone wear masks at all times after workers showed up to install our hardwood and didn't wear masks. This immuno-compromised person was hospitalized for 6 days since then, and just got out of the hospital this weekend. I therefore reminded the rep that all workers need to wear masks when in our home again two days ago. Our carpet installation was booked for tomorrow, Thursday April 21 (and had been since early March). I get a call from the rep yesterday stating that he would do his very best to get an installation crew that would be WILLING to wear masks because " they don't like it because it makes it hard to breathe " and our installation may have to be postoned. I am so livid, I could not even explain how hard it is for me to comprehend putting employees' PREFERENCES ahead of customer safety. Now we're told someone will come to " evaluate " the job tomorrow and that it will very likely be a three-day job (funny how when I was paying, it was a one-day job!). And this " evaluator " wasn't even made aware that he needed to wear a mask in our home by the rep - we had to inform him ourselves when he called to confirm the appointment. So again we're being penalized and will now have people in our home for three days, thus further augmenting the risk to an immuno-suppressed person who was hospitalized but a few days ago. Eagleson Flooring, absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable! So, please, everyone, give your business to other florring businesses who are more willing to respect their clients' safety requirements. I really don't think we're asking for the moon here.

Fantastic experience from the moment I reached out to the final clean-up! Corey provided great…read moredrone footage of my roof and took the time to explain the options. I never felt any pressure at all to take specific packages or upgrades. His team came out precisely when he said they would. The team was courteous and kept me updated every day. I am SO happy that Corey has been SO good to everyone…read more THAT has NOT been MY experience. He ghosted us for 6 months over a start date. Then he showed up when we were looking for another roofer because Corey did not communicate with us for months, even though we tried to communicate with him. We left VM's and sent emails and nothing for 6 months. Our roof did leak over the winter, we hired Corey because he said he would get it done before the winter. We hired him in September of 2025 of a job to start at he end of October beginning of November he said. He called us, after all that time of ghosting us, in June of 2026. 7 months after he said he would start the job. So, he lied about the start date and the fact he could get the job done before winter. Had I known I would have gone up and done some patches myself but I am old so, I stupidly waited for him, trusting him to keep to his word and the contract, until it was just too late--we had 36 cm of snow so, I said to my wife, "Well I guess we're gonna have a leak upstairs this year." Of course, we did. More clean up and drywall repair. Thanks Corey. My son wants me to be reasonable with Corey and Aquila. I am done with all that. Being reasonable is getting us no where with Aquila. We need to be unreasonable for a month or so and then sue his ass when he doesn't come. I truly believe he won't come. He has made more than a few promises about start dates, arrivals, promises and assurances and all for nothing-we STILL have the leaky roof over the winter, we still have a leaking roof NOW after he's done his work so I am so close to calling a lawyer now, I am 99.9% done with Corey. He has a 1% chance to come make this right or fuck him I sue his ass. I have proof of everything, I keep a very, very clear paper trail. This is not my first fucking rodeo! My garden equipment and my spare wood has all been ruined by water now. Thanks Corey. Will you be paying for all that Oak and Maple also? I doubt it, it will be a nightmare to get you back to fix your work-if you even come back before I just call my lawyer and tell him to go ahead and try to take you for everything you have over this. Buyer beware when it comes to Aquila, maybe stick to some big names, they might be more expensive but NONE of this BULLSHIT will happen to you. With Corey, apparently, judging from some of his reviews, it's a crap shoot, you might get great work and service (NOT BEEN MY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!) then again you might end up like me. DO you REALLY want to spend 10's of thousands of dollars on this chance? You do me right and maybe I'll come back here give you a 3 stars but no more than that just for the crappy experience! AND I WILL NOT CHANGE this review, I might edit it to say you came back to make things right and good on you but, that's as far as I go. You have completely and 100% totally pissed me off with your mis-handling of this situation. MY FUCKING ROOF IS LEAKING WATER INTO THE INSIDE OF MY BUILDING COREY- AFTER YOU WORKED ON IT, IT LEAKED, BEFORE NO LEAK, it was a brand fucking new roof before you started work on it - I can PROVE THAT WITH RECEIPTS FROM DEN'S ROOFING!!!. COME NOW, not after the next 18 rain storms. I have had just about enough of your pathetic whining about other jobs you have stressing you to. Just to be clear here, I am NOT your fucking daddy or mother or even someone who gives a fuck about you at all.I DON"T GIVE TWO FUCKS ABOUT YOUR STRESS LEVELS.I PAID YOU GOOD MONEY TO DO A GOOD JOB AND YOU DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB! COME MAKE IT RIGHT!
