The best pharmacy experience I have ever had. Knowledgeable, courteous staff that are 100% customer focused.

I've been trying to find a veterinarian that I can trust for my 5yr old cat. After trying several…read moredifferent veterinarians & being displeased with all of them, I decided to get an appointment for my baby's annual checkup with OnPoint Animal Hospital in Myrtle Beach. We saw Dr. Renee Wimpee. I can't say enough great things about her. She gave us a great feeling & her knowledge was trusting & reassuring. She took time to do a thorough examination, answered all of our questions & was so pleasant. I am very picky when it comes to my baby. I highly & I mean highly recommend Dr. Wimpee & this practice for your pets care. I was impressed with the entire staff & prices were reasonable. I particularly like that this is a private practice. I will be taking my fur baby to Dr. Wimpee for my pets needs. I want to thank her for the care & understanding & the calm approach she exhibited during our visit. She is greatly appreciated!!

I took my dog in for a lump above the eye. Dr Todd was not there so I saw a new vet. She came in…read morewith attitude she said she wasn't worried about the eye, but instead wanted me to test my dog and treat her for Cushings which I'm doing naturally. She told me I needed to see a neurologist or optometrist for the lump which I could not afford. She gave us antibiotics for the eye and dry eye drops. One month and a half later I called back to try to see Dr Todd but nothing available. I was told the vet that we saw was let go so you would think they would at least get us in at no additional cost for second opinion, but no this place is a money grab. They said come in and wait to see a vet and pay $95. Meanwhile we went elsewhere and found out she does have a small growth but the lump was an infection on top of that growth that needed to be drained immediately and given antibiotics. She is now doing great but I received a call this morning that any prescriptions my dog needed would no longer be filled because we bashed their practice and transferred her papers to the new vet. I replied I have been coming there for 10 years and my dog was misdiagnosed and it put her life at risk, but when I asked for them to give her another look they didn't care. Luckily I found out that the medication I have been getting filled at onpoint all these years was ridiculously over priced. I was paying three times the price for them. Now i know why they wouldn't approve prescription refills through chewy. I have to say when I first started going to onpoint it was much better but now it's all a money grab. Save your money go elsewhere. Shop around use word of mouth. Our pets deserve better
