Great communication and overall I had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. They even finished all 10 shirts by the time I went to pick them up!! (Estimated turnaround was a few days) There's also a sweet doggie behind the counter sometimes. I researched a few monogram spots but decided to go to a Black owned shop in South DeKalb Mall. I arrived on July 4 th, gave specific , instructions on what I needed, paid my deposit and left with a clear written understanding it would take two weeks to complete. On July 17th, I went to the store to retrieve my jersey and Rob told me he had not started on it yet, really, you have had it in your possession 17 days. I went back on the 18th and still he has not started on my jersey. Rob asked me to come back on Sunday as he will come in early before they open and work on the jersey. Again, I went back on Sunday but now he can't find the jersey. I had to pretend to need to use the restroom so I can walk off my anger. When I came back, he AGAIN still not started on my jersey. He promised if I came back on Monday (20th) he would have the jersey ready. I said to him, "I will give you some grace, meet you in the middle and come back Tuesday. Needless to say on Tuesday the 21, he had not started on my jersey. We are three weeks in and he had not even touched my jersey. At this point I asked for my deposit and my jersey back. This man had the nerve to tell me; he will not be rushed. RUSHED, you had three weeks to finish my jersey. You need to either get some help or be honest about your turn around time. I drove out of my way and by passed a white establishment to support this business. NEVER AGAIN. Don't ever get so cocky that you stop providing customer service. Like I told him, you don't know what is standing at your counter. I could have made a phone call and made life hard. But brother, keep doing you, you need to change your business practices when it comes to customer service. I wish I could give a 0 star.

I had three different colors and they selected the perfect color and font that will see clearly on all. One thing I liked about this company is that upon drop off, they will email you a rendering of your product before completing the job. I really appreciated this feature because he asked for feedback and approval before moving forward. The job did not take long even though I dropped off around Christmas time. The price was even better, I could not believe the price I paid for the quality of services. I called the company after a google search around 10am, by 1130am, I had a returned call and voicemail. Later that day I was dropping off my order. Once my order was completed, I received an email that allow me to pay for my order online via email or card which is very convenient. They also offered a deliver service which I did not use as I live so far away. However, they offer delivery upon completion which is great. Overall awesome and I do mean awesome experience with Elliot Graphix. I have used so many other print and embroidery shops all over the U.S. and the service stands out here. That stood out to me because I want to work with people who actually want my business. I spoke with Robbie. I sent him the images and he provided me with a quote and feedback. I told him when I needed the shirts and he said he could oblige. I told him I needed the shorts done by Friday. He had them done by Tuesday. Way far in advance. He continued to keep communication open and replied promptly when I reached out. He even offered to meet me so that I wouldn't have to drive to the print shop. I was very appreciative of that. I ordered 4 shirts for me and my friends. The shirts look amazing!! I will definitely do business again.

I have used 7 other companies before I found black ink. The staff has always been super professional to speak with over the phone and willing to walk with you to show things such as colors or just small detail you might not have noticed. I could go on and on about how happy I am with them. I have never had a bad experience with them or a miss printed shirt. I have found that with other companies but not this one. the owner prefers perfection, rather than just trying to get them out the door in a hurry. I mean my customers who I sell my shirts to Would hate me if I was selling them junk, but that is never the case with black ink. I know other people would find all this to be true.
