We were very happy with everything EventWorks provided so I'm giving EventWorks five stars. For our outdoor ceremony at the Swan House, we rented 130 folding chairs, "Garden Fruitwood Padded," at $3.75 each. For our indoor reception at the Grand Overlook Ballroom, we rented four 8x48 folding tables at $17.50 each, one "Antoinette Settee" (sofa) at $250, and two "Sophie End Tables" at $45 each. On top of the furniture rental costs, there were charges for labor - both a fixed $150 fee and per-chair and per-table setup and breakdown fees - a $125 delivery charge, and a $200 after-hours pickup fee (our reception ended at 11pm). After an $80.87 Damage Waiver and Fulton County taxes, I was charged $1,780.43. Like many wedding vendors, EventWorks charges an additional fee if you pay by credit card. Their fee was 3%. I paid via ACH to avoid the fee and save money. EventWorks was recommended to us by our wedding planner, Jordan Xu of Emily Jordan Events: https://www.yelp.com/biz/emily-jordan-events-atlanta. I highly recommend Emily Jordan Events. Jordan worked directly with EventWorks on our behalf. The salesperson on our contract was Caroline Buffkin. It met our expectations. The furniture was up to our venue's standards and fit our theme (black tie, classic, timeless). We wanted a rug to go along with our sofa and end tables, but EventWorks didn't rent any rugs. Along with Emily Jordan Events, I also highly recommend Unique Floral Expressions and La Petite Picnic Atl. My wife says EventWorks has a good selection. I visited a few establishments at Trabert Ave on February 13th at approximately 9:15 am. I parked in an unmarked spot with no signage or cones. Rosemary Brown approached my vehicle, loudly instructing me that I couldn't park there. I was confused due to the lack of signage. When I asked her about alternative parking, she responded rudely. I suggest that Monte Carlo Productions consider clearer parking signage to avoid similar confusion for customers in the future that are shopping at other establishments in that public parking area. Will contact the establishment property management and or law enforcement for assistance to clarify where I can and can't park.

They were incredibly helpful figuring out what I needed. They also had other equipment such as lights and outdoor heaters which really elevated our party. I ordered tables and chairs and they were all the best quality I've seen. Everything was in perfect condition and clearly taken care of really well. They were prompt with delivery and pickup, affordable, knowledgeable, and overall just such a pleasure to work with. Anthony even showed me how to set up the chairs when he was at my home, he's got an incredible eye for design. I absolutely loved working with Take a Seat and plan to use them next chance I get!

I used this company to provide a Photo Booth for my wedding and it was a disaster. My pictures…read moreturned out horrible. There was no overlay or anything to commemorate the day. You can see the walls and windows around some photos. The curtain used was either too short, not high enough, not long enough, or not wide enough. The attendant didn't make any changes or accommodations for any of this. The owner Corey offered to correct the issues and refunded half. I excepted this under the pretense that he would "fix the problems". He didn't. He knew that he couldn't when he offered what he offered. He stated that he "thought the person doing my wedding was trained" as if that's an excuse as to why I shouldn't get all of my money back. He also stated that he would give me half off if I chose to use him again (which I will not). He stated that he accommodated me the best way he could. Mean while I don't have any Photobooth pics to place in my memory album of my guests and my guest don't have have pics to commemorate my big day. So basically he still received my hard earned money and I have a bunch of sloppy unprofessional pics. His business choices has nothing to do with me. However, it rained continuously leading up to the event and then was scheduled to rain the day of! Gabriel went above and beyond helping me completely redesign the layout and location of the tent.
