After driving nearly 400 miles, she arrived at her destination and discovered that the shroud underneath the vehicle was hanging down. Based on what we can see, it appears that the technician who performed the oil change on Saturday at Loganville Ford failed to properly secure the shroud after completing the service. This is completely unacceptable. That shroud is there for a reason, and if it came loose while she was driving, it could have created a dangerous situation or potentially caused an accident. My wife was extremely upset, and understandably so. Now she is nearly 400 miles away from me and has to figure out whether the shroud can even be properly reattached or if it has been damaged and needs to be replaced. I have already sent a message requesting that someone from Quick Lube contact me, and I am still waiting for a response. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and professionally. I also expect your company to take responsibility for determining what happened and helping resolve any damage caused by the improper service.

My mother recently bought an Audi vehicle 10 days ago here. The vehicle has been making noises on the front end, so she brought it in to get it checked out. From the get go Tillie displayed behavior that shows she thinks others are beneath her, describing the insurance she was required to purchase in a bind "crappy". She then said several things that implied that it was my mother's fault for buying a used vehicle, and looked down her noses at us. This resulted in a verbal altercation between my mother and Tillie, as my mother felt belittled and attacked. We could hear her saying things about us to other employees. Things had settled down and me, my mother, and my aunt were sitting calmly in the waiting room of the garage area when Tillie initiated another argument, cussing up a storm and making herself look like an absolute fool. Shortly after we were escorted off premises without the vehicle being examined for the problem. No matter what the customer does, this is not the kind of person you want representing your company as an operations manager. She acted aggressively, and out of control, and threatened us with the law. After several attempts from my mother to disengage, Tillie refused and doubled down. She clearly has some problems regarding her self esteem that need to be sorted out in her personal life and is not fit to represent ANY company. No accountability was placed onto the manager for her behavior, when she came back again and harassed us! They did not properly seal my spark plug tube gaskets which led to a lot of excess oil getting into…read moremy spark plug tube. They're made out of aluminum so the heat caused it to warp around where the spark plug tube casket would go. Now they don't seal properly at all and I have to go buy two new valve covers. They stripped out the stud on my back valve cover and now I have to retap that hole and put a new stud in. On my air intake manifold they snapped a bolt and did not care to fix it. I paid them around $900 to work on my car and this is what I found a few months later. This was after my car stopped working because the spark plugs were covered in oil.
