I called them to question the increase, and they advised "we quoted you the incorrect price....sorry". Despite my efforts to convince them they should honor the price they quoted me and confirmed in the email, they disregarded my effort. I simply called the credit card company to dispute the added charge of $10.67 which was simply then credited back to my account by the bank. POOR DECISION BY THIS COURIER!!!! I only used this company last Friday and this Monday because our company has an account with this courier company. we are looking for a new courier company to use in the future due to such poor service with late or no deliveries and horrible rude customer service. Last Friday, a female named Erin admitted the courier was going to show up 1 hour after the scheduled pick up time. When I told her them showing up1 hour late would be after our office closed and they needed to show up before our office closed, she flippantly said she would cancel our order for Friday delivery and have it delivered on Monday. A male employee named Todd admitted our order was never placed in their system even though we called and ordered a courier and got a verbal confirmation from a female dispatcher that our package would be picked up at our office and delivered. We ordered a courier today on Monday at 2:19 pm. By 4:30 pm, no courier showed up. I called to find out if anyone was going to show up and pick up and delivery the package today. I ended up being transferred to the same female named Erin who I had a very poor experience with last Friday. She refused to transfer me to talk to a supervisor and she hung up on me when I explained no courier ever showed up that we ordered two hours ago. I called back and spoke to a manager named Daniel. Manager Daniel admitted nobody at their courier company put our order in this system. He offered no reasonable explanation as to why nobody put our order in the system and nobody showed up. He defended the company by saying the courier's don't come from their office in Atlanta which does not explain why they do not have 1 courier in Atlanta that can show up within 2+ hours to an office in Atlanta to deliver a package 1-2 miles away. I asked for the name of the owner of the company and he refused to tell me the name of the owner of the company. if you actually need a letter or package picked up and delivered on time, I do not recommend using this company.

I was referred to Kenny by someone in the store to deliver the next day and WOW, did him and his professional crew come thru! He told me he could deliver by late afternoon the next day. At 4:30 pm., I received a call telling me that he was enroute and would be at my home within the next 30 minutes. He was prompt, professional and absolutely thorough. They delivered a loveseat, recliner, and adjustable lift bed all with white glove treatment. Everything was placed where we indicated it should go and anything that needed assembling which was everything was done so with the utmost care and professionalism.
