The rooms are very spacious and everything is clean. The inside courtyard of the hotel is filled with the scents of flowers and filled with greenery and spaces to sit read or mingle. Also shopping and attractions are within walking distance and the weather during late November is cool but with a shawl and good jacket and layers you'll be fine. Don't leave without having traditional thick hot chocolate and churros! The rooftop lounge is open for breakfast, dinner and drinks. Crap service, crap attitudes, no microwaves in the rooms, tiny fridge (don't pay for the garbage in there), simply crap all around. Just don't bother if you can make other accommodations. PS: nothing is complimentary-we were charged for two cups of coffee (from about a week before) upon checkout...and the male employee tried to convince us that we had also had a breakfast-lol at you, dummy, as I'm vegan and couldn't eat the food. The beds were made up very tight fitted soft sheet. The most comfortable pillows. Showers had great pressure with dual shower heads.
