Dr. Mesnier is supposed to be a good ankle surgeon and I have been trying to get an appointment since March 2025. Despite a physician referrral, good insurance, an increasingly unstable painful ankle I can barely walk on, an MRI with ligament and tendon tears, and filling out all the online paperwork, I have yet to see her. It's August. Her office cancelled my first two new patient appointments with short notice. Christina hasn't requested my records or MRI scan, even though I filled out and signed a request with my new patient paperwork. Yesterday I asked if she'd received my imaging and she said "No, I haven't requested it because it takes a really long time for them to send it, so it's the patient's responsibility." I told her I have to cancel and reschedule a half day of my own cancer patients for these appointments they keep cancelling, and asked if she could make my appt on a day when that won't happen. Her reply: "It's not my fault if patients need surgery". Nice. It doesn't seem like they want my business, so I guess it's not my fault if I go somewhere else. Dr. Mesnier probably doesn't know this is happening, and unfortunately this review is the only way to communicate with her. I will happily update it and the rating if I end up seeing her and having a good experience!

Summary - Like many, the thought of needles still scares me--even as an adult well into my 30s. And…read moreas I get older, I can't deny that my body takes a little longer to recover than it used to. Fortunately, Dr. Eric Rosenberg has helped me turn back the clock, almost like finding the fountain of youth, with his painless and holistic acupuncture treatments. Acupuncture Experience - It all started after a long road trip when my lower back tensed up. While massages helped, I wanted to make sure it wouldn't turn into a long-term issue. That's when my massage therapist recommended Dr. Rosenberg. From the very first visit, he explained everything in a way that actually made sense--no complicated medical jargon, just clear and simple explanations. Having grown up in a Chinese household, I was immediately sold on his blend of Western and traditional Chinese methods. I had been to acupuncture before and wasn't exactly a fan of needles, so I told him upfront. He took the time to walk me through his process, explaining how he'd insert the needles and even offering to tap his fingers next to the area to distract me. To my surprise, I barely felt a thing--to the point where sometimes I didn't even realize the needle was in. Unlike my past experiences, Dr. Rosenberg takes a truly holistic approach, mixing in manual therapy and electric stimulation, both of which are completely painless and work together to speed up the healing process. Fast forward to now--I recently took the same exact road trip that originally caused my back to tense up, and this time? No pain at all. Thanks to Dr. Rosenberg, I don't have to worry about it turning into a recurring issue. I'm beyond grateful to have him as part of my care team and have already recommended him to friends and family. He's not just a great acupuncturist--he treats you like a friend rather than just another patient. Location/Park - Located right near the heart of Portland by Lloyd Center, with a private parking lot between NE Rodney and NE MLK that is shared between the other businesses in the building. As soon as you walk in, you'll be greeted by a warm, welcoming space that makes it easy to relax and unwind.

Dr. Eric is the best! I am so grateful I found him here on Yelp…read more I developed frozen shoulder after surgery, and if you've ever had it, you know it is absolutely excruciating. A friend of mine who also had frozen shoulder recommended dry needling. I had never heard of it before, but after doing some research, I realized it could be a great option. Dr. Eric has been working on my frozen shoulder for about four months, combining dry needling, light stretching, and light massage. My pain has significantly decreased, and my range of motion is so much better. I have moved from the freezing to frozen to now thawing phase while in Dr. Eric's care. He is also treating my gluteal tendinopathy in my hip/glute area, and I've seen steady improvement there as well. What makes Dr. Eric stand out is not just his skill and knowledge in dry needling and acupuncture, but his kindness and professionalism. He takes his time during every session, explains everything clearly, and makes me feel comfortable--even while poking me with needles! I will definitely continue to see Dr. Eric as my dry needling practitioner and look forward to scheduling acupuncture sessions with him as well. If you are looking for pain relief, improved mobility, and a caring professional, I highly recommend him!

While I had my PT after surgery at first elsewhere (and that was not bad either). I am now receiving top notch care by Pete Dills and his team. I asked how much a typical visit would cost and they said they didn't know. "The head office dealt with billing." I was desperate because I'm an active person and was having pain in my ankles that made it hard to walk, much less run like I wanted to do. So, I had 3 treatments. They gave me no homework or exercises to help but just kept telling me to come back next week. I saw no improvement so I stopped going. Then I got a bill which was nearly $700! I called the "head office" and they said if I had paid out of pocket I would have saved $200+. I took things into my own hands and found that pilates, a foam roller and deep stretching of my calf muscles did the trick.
