Friendly staff and the 'Desk'? is not 'bad' (see review by 'bad patient' done on 08/10/2017 (bad review)... Going for my second evaluation and 'tune up after injuring my rotator cuff in right shoulder. 1st trip 2 years ago were complete success-without surgery! Been motorcrossing and doing martial arts and working ever since. Now going to take it to the next level. Don't take the first review from the guy that obviously needs a 'different kind of doctor' and someone to lick his wounds for him lol. Do yourself (and your body a favor) Go here, you will not regret that you did. If recommended physical therapy by all means follow up as advised and remember you only get out of it what you put in. The best path isn't always the easiest!

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They didn't take me back until 2:15. The doctor did not come in the room until sometime around 3:30pm. I went to ask if they perhaps forgot about me (this actually happened to me at a different place) and they assured me that this long wait is normal. What? If it's normal then perhaps trying to come up with a solution for this issue would be beneficial. My only bit of solace was knowing that they close at 4:30 so I knew I couldn't be there forever. My appointment lasted under 10 minutes. I had another appointment and because I waited so long the first time, I wanted to arrive exactly at my appointment time. I misjudged the time and would be 10 minutes late. I called though to tell them and I was put on hold. They informed the doctor and he said we would have to reschedule! lol! The person on the phone was super friendly and apologetic but I think it's insane that I can wait so long for my appointment the first time which is "normal" but they couldn't take me 10 minutes late?!? It makes me feel as though they really don't care about me as a patient. At all. I'm in pain and my appointment was just for a steroid shot.

Dr. Smith spent the time looking over my tests from a previous doctor (MRI and also taking new…read morex-rays) and evaluated my foot/injury very throughly. I felt she did not leave any stone unturned-- which I did not get at another practice. Amazing service, would definitely recommend this office.

I was in terrible pain and depressed about the situation. With a second opinion, I found out I could have reverse shoulder replacement, which I did. 6 months later I am pain free and swimming, running, walking, skipping stones, picking up my grandchildren and living a full life. Why would Dr. Gilyard not inform me of this well known option? I can think of no good reason, which is inconceivable for a doctor. If I had listened to him, I would still be in pain and depressed.
