They took her in the back for pre op and we were told (after I had to ask!) we would be called back once they had her prepped for surgery. About 2 hours later we were told they had taken her into surgery! I had no chance to speak to either doctor before her surgery! I had questions to ask and wasn't even a chance. What terrible service.
