The therapist had a tendency to stop massage when talking, which was frequent, and after none of my three sessions did I feel the slightest bit better. I had had a great deal of massage therapy in the past, all of which was far superior to what I received at Theraplay. I was also disappointed by the center's policy of charging $30 for a tiny bottle of a supplement that lasted about five days and adding $5 to the price if the client wanted to use a credit card. That, combined with the time limit on therapy sessions, made me feel the center is more focused on profit-making than on improving the health of clients.
