I subscribe to the platinum package, which includes the group classes and the 24 hour access. The staff here is second to none and the facility, although a little small, has every amenity that you could want. If you are over on the east side, then this is a far superior choice to golds gym, RAC or the YMCA. They have free passes at the front desk if you are serious about joining. It was nice to be able to demo the place with no pressure. I recommend that you stop and check this place out!

If anything, the locker room is small, and lockers smaller than usual. My main reason for writing this review is Push's horrible customer service. Puch Fitness is sweet and smiley signing you up for an auto renewing commitment. However, it is almost impossible to terminate one. This has been the case in my experience in at least five years. They don't pick up the phone. The mailbox eventually says it hasn't been set up. ...I eventually had to send an email to corporate, look around in my spam folder for a response days later, and go through infuriating obstacles and hoops to talk to a person. For a second time, I am attempting to quit while two billing cycles have gone by. I must remind myself the employee at the end of management's stick are not the problem. Gimme luck. A free star for the cleanliness the one time I went: 2 STARS.

I have been to Affronti Fitness over a year now. I am very happy when I leave. Which is probably…read morepretty good. When I'm there I feel like I'm in hell! I will tell you a few things about Austyn Affronti. It was obvious to me immediately that he is a very serious young man, and he shows it by giving complete attention to those he is working with. You may assume that all physical trainer should do that, and you are right but it doesn't always work out the way it should. Austyn wants a great foundation, and what I mean by that is that he wants you to work perfectly so you will accomplish the most without potentially hurting yourself. I have now worked out as I said four times. In many businesses in the very beginning the person (The salesman) that's showing the form service is perfect but eventually some become lazy once they feel they've made the sale. So far I have noticed nothing but perfection. I hope I am right, I will let you know either way in the future. In addition I explained to Austyn I wanted to lose weight. Austyn created a menu for me. Time will tell how it works. But, if you look at the photographs you can see a major difference between people he has worked out with in the past showing before and after. More so those are real pictures, it is obvious these pictures are accurate and honest. They show pictures of before and now now. The pictures also show men and women young and older. There's a good chance hopefully before stars will become five. If another couple months it continues I definitely would go five. Yelp people we all love to eat. We also like to be healthy and look good. Try Affronti may work well for you too.

Saturday morning bootcamp was small and intimate, only 4 of us there which is always better for coaching movement from the trainers. My time at bee relentless boxing was good in terms of the actual program, but I can't shake the…read morefeeling of getting scammed. "Coach" Stephen comes off as decent person on the surface, but his true nature is more fraudulent than anything. I want to be clear this behavior isn't shared by the other coaches as well, but solely him. I was enticed to join the program through instagram, where they advertised a 6-week transformation program. When meeting in person, I was explicitly told that the program was worth over 1,000$ (which clearly isn't true), yet i was being offered the price of 600$ for the 6 weeks I would attend. The true pricing that they offer attendees is either 39-49$ a week, which means I was charged double than the highest rate they even offer regular people. If this could be done to me, this could also be done to other people and I hope my review prevents this from happening to other people. The worst part is that he sells it to you as if your interest is truly on his mind, when his entire objective is to sell you on a dream. The only difference between the 6 week program and the regular classes is that you meet biweekly with a coach and log meals onto an app they have you download in the beginning. There is no special treatment and they even limit the amount of classes you can do within the 6 weeks. The slimiest part about him is that he had the nerve to shake my hand and smile in my face like he didn't lie to me. He doesn't even teach any of the classes there, he's simply the owner of a business trying to capitalize on those looking to better their health. The overall environment of the classes is great, the other boxers are nice people and the legitimate coaches are actually trying to see you do better. I just wish that there was more transparency on the pricing because ultimately I was scammed. I want to be clear this review has nothing to do with the progress I made during the 6 weeks, but I want to be sure anybody attempting to attend these classes knows exactly what they are getting into so that they don't end up getting scammed the way I did. I hope "coach" Stephen gets everything he deserves moving forward.

Yes, I might seem biased since I'm a student here, but I think many outsiders agree too. The fitness center is set up on two floors. The first floor is mainly for lifting. There are plenty of free weights and different machines. The second floor has two levels. The first level of the second floor has an open floor area with mats, different machines, and a jungle gym looking structure with different bars and ropes. The second level of the second floor has a ton of cardio equipment and TVs. Beyond the cardio area is a smaller free weights area and plenty of other machines. This fitness center pretty much has every type of machine you can think of. Besides the gym, there are a ton of courts for all types of sports, tracks, and two different pools. One pool is a large one used for swimming and diving while the other pool is more for recreational use that includes a lazy river and a large capacity hot tub! The fitness center is well kept and usually isn't too crowded, depending on when you go. There's only a few things I dislike about this place. First of all, there is no steam room!!! I absolutely love using a steam room after working out and I am surprised they don't have one here (but they do have a sauna). Sometimes it can be impossible to find a parking space when RIT is hosting sports events for other schools in the field house. Lastly (this is tailored toward all my fellow students that use the gym), that awkward moment when you see your professors naked in the locker room haha!
