I got the namesake pizza Sant'Orsola, which came with mozzarella di bufala, ricotta, speck, and peperoncino. It was amazing. Their menu is very extensive, with usual selections like Margherita, 4 Formaggi, Diavola, etc... in the €8-10 range, and a large selection of specialty pizzas in the lower €10s. These very large individual pizzas can feed 2 people or one very hungry pizza lover like me... and even then, I had to take half of my pizza home. One bite on the pizza and you will not stop until last bite . Service is fast and very professional. Price is reasonable. Manager/Owner is friendly. We only had 3 days in Trento and ended up coming here all 3 nights. On the third night we got a surprise present from the cashier lady (assuming she is an owner). We started with the Gran Frito Misto. Even though it was listed in the menu as a secondi, our waiter humored us and let us have it as an antipasti. My sister and I ordered the lasagne because it's a minimum 2 person dish. My hubby ordered the steak because... well... men like red meat? Y'all. I need to wax poetic about this lasagna for a minute. It was super creamy, bubbly and hot. Layers and layers of fresh noodles with a savory meat ragu sauce on top and prosciutto cotto and mushrooms sprinkled throughout.
