Good surgery with a choice of doctors…read more Staff always pleasant enough and will help you out with any queries. The only downside I think is that it could do with a bit of a makeover. The inside is a bit tired and dated with not much natural light in the waiting areas (although the doctors rooms have lovely giant bay windows which let in plenty of light). And maybe bbc news on the TV monitors or something, just something to pass the time while your waiting for your appointment (but not that awful hull gp dvd they used to play on a loop!)

I have an arrangement for a pharmacy pick up from the surgery and they deliver to my home. I have had consultations at the surgery, over the phone or at home if really needed with the GP. I have had appointments as needed with the Nurses for specific clinics and they have a blood test (phlebotomist) person.The cleaner always says says Hello. During several short consultations I was able to 1, give up my jealousy towards others; 2, let go of my insecurity; 3, build a new perception of my world therefore having a whole different relationship with my family, friends and my partner; 4, let go of my fear and take actions towards my dreams; 5, let go of my worries for the future and my anxiety; 6. let go of my anger and taking control of my own emotions; 7. let go of feeling guilty about what happened in the past as well as forgiving everyone in my life who has hurt me before. The whole process was very relaxing and I didn't need to give Derek any personal stories. He acted rather like a guide and guided me through a whole different thinking process. I couldn't resist having sneaky listen last night so knew it was fantastic, but just done a 4 mile seafront walk and can honestly say I've both never been as energised and aware of my surroundings yet also so calm and contended when walking while listening . The blend of my favourite music (he uses the ones that you find the most motivational or moving ) with his so calming but inspiring voice makes a unbeatable combination .
