The personnel is very professional, ladies with suits and cute scarfs, like flight attendants. I asked for a room facing the patio and my wish was granted. Room was very modern and comfortable and even if I had issues with maneuvering the door facing the patio, my call was promptly picked up and issue solved in less than 15 minutes. The masia is so pretty and modern design everywhere. I loved all the details from the inside and the outside, but the most attractive to me was the blending the modern with the tradition: the roof to provide shade in the terrace was made from the bottom of handmade baskets.
