Bob P., the owner of the company, came to the location immediately to give a quote and then did the actual work a couple of days later. I was quite particular about how I wanted the trees trimmed, so probably more difficult to please than most clients. However Bob and his team did a great job, removing and chipping all the debris afterwards. I was most satisfied with Treeworks service and would use the company again.

The first month a team of 2 members turned up and did a fantastic job and I was super happy. The second month a team of 3 turned up; two worked hard and third person stood in the middle of the garden chatting to the two working. The third month I had to follow up towards the end of the month on a Friday to see when they were turning up. Owner told me they would come tomorrow, which he and another member of his team did and they completed the job. The fourth month they didn't bother to turn up or phone. Paid for three months. Not sure I would use them again...kinda unreliable. Big on talk, but so good on action.

Matt and his crew were far cheaper, efficient, hard working, thorough, communicative, fast and deserve all 5 stars from me. I even volunteer helped control car traffic for them as we live close to an intersection while they chopped down the nuisance Maple Tree. That tree should have never been planted had landscapers used common sense long ago in a new subdivision, and they made other poor judgment calls like placing cheap cedar hedges between front of homes that grow monstrous tall to spawn roof moss, excessive law shade, poor street visibility, etc. dah! I even gave their business card to a new renter 7 months later, as he too made inquiries to be shocked at high fees from others. Matt was contacted and they did the job in late summer 2022, and I kept my word in recommending them highly. Like Monica.
