I've had three pieces done by Kaitlyn Garfoot now and I've sent two friends who have had tattoos done by her as well -- she is the absolute best person and artist I've known. I love that I can come to her with my crazy ideas and she makes them beautiful and practical. She's changed my life in the best way. Her coloring is outstanding and the line-work is second to none. Go see her! Also, the piercers are awesome. Holly just moved out to Sun Prairie and she did my rook piercing about a year and a half ago -- it's my favorite piercing. I've had Myke (see West side Blue Lotus) Do two piercings as well, but Holly is just as good! As always, the receptionist folks are always cool and kind -- you should go here. I am trans and at no point did anyone make me feel the least bit uncomfortable. Grace did my first ever piercings, 2 sets in my ears. She was pleasant, communicated well, and she made me feel at ease. The piercings themselves barely hurt, and she provided good aftercare instructions. I'm sure the artists are great, and I liked what I saw. However, let's get into it. I believe I scheduled my first consultation attempt a month in advance. The DAY BEFORE, I get a call at work. Something came up, does 2:30 work? I said no, because I am an adult that can't come places at 2:30 on a Thursday with no notice. We agreed on 3 and I said sure. (I had a doctors appointment.) I cancel my 3 o'clock appointment with my nail girl. I get a call not even ten minutes later, again at work. 3 doesn't work. Awesome! I schedule for 2:30 the next day. I then get a text at almost 10 AT NIGHT. Another client rescheduled, which I thought would not affect my appointment as I'd made it so far in advance but evidently not! I ended up going with somewhere else due to the unprofessionalism, but was kind in my response anyways (because why be nasty?). I basically just said I thought G-d was telling me not to because it'd been cancelled so many times. But, what rubbed me the wrong way was "that might be the case". I'm sorry, but how is you rescheduling me three times G-d? I was being nice. Be real.

I have heard them talk shit about clients in front of me and then tattoo them a week later acting buddy buddy. I have witnessed someone paying for a whole body part in advance but all their appointments keep getting canceled do to "something coming up". There is a lot more I could say but I think that's enough to show people that this is not a professional business, they will not treat you with respect and if they do it won't last long. Me and so many others are proof. They canceled all 3 of my appointments but only auto messaged me about 1. They couldn't even personally message me telling me why.
