My husband, just returned home after a successful ICD procedure. The expertise and compassion shown to him were world-class. It is a miracle to see him recovering so well. I've never felt so much at ease than I did with them. Their bedside care are impecable. For the first time in 20 years I felt seen and heard. My PCP is also part of Northwest Health and I can't say enough good things about him. But these three doctors were on top of everything. Always communicating. Making me feel better. I suffer from terrible CPTSD and they went above and beyond to make sure I was doing well and better. In the past I never liked this hospital due to previous experiences but now, thanks to Drs. Choudry, Reddy and Singla I will go back again and again. If I find their practice or specialty I will go to them without any hesitation. Hospital impecable clean. Nurses empathetic and techs always asking if there's anything I needed. Best experience of my life.

It worked great when I was getting 31 injections. Then when I had to change to Dr. Strawsburg because my neurologist moved away, my migraines rapidly got worse due to Dr. Strawsburg only giving me 20 injections. He didn't even do them in the same places on the left side of my head as he did on my right. My 2 previous neurologists gave 10 injections in the back of my head and upper neck. Dr. Strawsburg only gave me 4 total there, not 10 as the FDA recommends. After 3 Botox treatments by Dr. Strawsburg, I was back to having migraines last 12-16 days. The office didn't return my calls when I called on Day 7, Day 12, and Day 15 of the same migraine. So I went to the ER on Day 16 but by then I'd had the migraine so long that they were unable to stop it. Finally, Dr. Strawsburg's staff returned my call. They put me on a second preventive med in addition to the Botox, but that didn't work. Then my insurance refused to keep covering the Botox. I spent 6 months seeing other neurologists who were unable to get the Botox re-approved. I was in so much pain I considered offing myself. The other neurologists agreed that it must be 31 injections, not 20, to be effective. Finally, my insurance approved my Botox with another neurologist and I only get half as many migraines now. With Dr. Strawsburg, I was paying for one 200 unit vial of Botox but he only used half a vial. My other neurologists all used at least 155 units from the vial. I wonder what the doctor did with the other half of the vial. I paid a specialty pharmacy $1,250 for a vial back in 2022 or 2023.

I ended up a no show for the appt. in March 2022. My health deteriorated more and the attorney I was working for, had issues with me going to doctors appointments. Ultimately I left my job in September. Now, at the end of 2023, my cardiologist referred me to this Neurologist for my seizures especially after a situation in the ER and his office declined to see me over ONE no show. I have had several issues with this network but this doctor thinks he is elite and doesn't put patient care first. I highly recommend NOT going to this Neurologist.
