My kid was crying and when we went to pick him up the had him in a corner and was towering over him like he was an animal! Every morning he would cry and would say "she (the principal) was mean", but we discounted what he said. We feel so bad we didn't listen to our child as this place is not good. Don't be fool by the sweet words during the orientation and school visit. I mean maybe you won't have the same experience as we did, but is it worth the risk?? There are plenty of schools to take a chance on if you ask me. Needless to say we chose another school (CFA) and all of my kids are thriving and the one they said was a problem gets the role model award daily. Different school, teachers, environment, yet same kid so who's the problem. Even met other parents that left the school as well and also had a bad experience as well, so at least we know it's not just us.

The director is a person who, when you go to visit the school, shows you a friendly face and The reality is different, he is a person who has little empathy with children and parents, my son started in a classroom where there were more than 25 children and I only saw one teacher and one assistant so he didn't learn anything, school on the outside is one thing but The reality is different, after being there for a while taking my son, the director didn't even say good morning, in the end I took my son because I don't think the teachers can teach where there are more than 25 children and everything is ugly and old. and the director is neither professional nor empathetic 1

My daughter is 3.5 yrs old and transitioned from day care to Montessori this summer and we are…read moreincredibly happy with our choice in putting her in Village Montessori! Our daughter is excited in the morning to go to school and is bursting in the afternoon to talk about what she accomplished & learned that day. I see a change in her where she is much more independent and aware of who she is and how she can contribute around the house. She wants to learn more about cooking, baking, cleaning & picking up, counting, pointing to letters she recognizes and much more... overall she is much more confident in herself and has an elevated way of communicating with us than she did just 2 months ago. Her teachers are very sweet. I love watching how they say goodbye, where they make sure to have the kids make eye contact with them and formally say goodbye until the next day. Just that small moment has made a big impact in how my daughter greets and says goodbye to others. She is very cordial and makes it a point to make eye contact and not just give her family members and friends a head full of hair instead of cheek to cheek kiss. We're all very excited for the upcoming school year and are sure we'll witness her continue to bloom!

If you want to enroll your child here on a part time basis they will rip you off. For Summer they…read morecharge $240 a week for full-time enrollment (8:30-3pm) and $225 a week for part-time (8:30-11:30am). So even though your child would be attending 17.5 hours less a week than one attending full time you are only getting a discount of $15 a week. How does that make any sense? I figured it was a typo on their information and called to verify and they confirmed that the pricing was correct. The lady working there could not explain the pricing structure even though she agreed that it didn't make sense. Most comparable schools in the area are about $400-$500 a month for full time students so this place is way more expensive than most. With so many other schools out there with more reasonable pricing and pricing structures there is no reason to pick this one.

My experience with this institution has not been positive, and I believe it is important to share…read moreit so that other parents can make informed decisions. During the time my daughter attended this school, I noticed a lack of academic progress and a clear stagnation in her learning, without adequate support for her development. Additionally, I observed a lack of empathy from the school's leadership toward students. The work environment also appears concerning, as there seems to be inappropriate treatment of staff, creating a tense atmosphere that ultimately affects the children. In situations where inappropriate behavior by teachers has been reported, the institution has tended to justify these actions rather than prioritize the well-being of the students. In particular, I was deeply concerned by a case in which inappropriate treatment toward a child was validated under the argument that the child "needed toughness," which I find completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with minors, and even more so with children who may have special needs. There also appears to be a lack of transparency, with attempts to minimize or conceal problematic situations. Furthermore, I observed instances of bullying that were not addressed effectively. Finally, I witnessed highly concerning behavior during school activities, including substance use and inappropriate conduct among students, which reflects a serious lack of supervision. For all these reasons, I do not recommend this institution.

As a mom with two toddlers who have attended this center, I've witnessed a beautiful transformation over the years. In the earlier days, there were several changes in management, and while leadership did the best they could with the tools they had, things felt a bit inconsistent. Now, under the guidance of the newly appointed director, the center has truly blossomed. She has brought a clear vision and shifted the school's philosophy toward a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, which I believe is a beautiful and enriching way for children to learn and grow. She's not only improved the physical spaces, making them cleaner, more organized, and more engaging for the children, but has also cultivated strong relationships with both the teaching staff and the families. You can truly feel how deeply she cares about the children, their safety and development, and the well-being of the entire school community. I wholeheartedly recommend this place a thousand percent!

They have a ton of outdoor activities which is why I chose this school for my son who loves to be outside. The teachers are also very compassionate and patient.
