We used At Your Side Planning's month-of coordination service for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. About a year out, we booked with Diana, the owner, who hopped on a couple of calls with us, shared a super helpful timeline template for when to get things done, and gave us a fantastic list of vendor recommendations. Then, two months before the wedding (not just a month out like most services), Diana and Robin (our on-site coordinator) got fully caught up on where we were, helped us tackle last-minute to-do's, reminded us of a few details we'd overlooked, and made sure every "t" was crossed and every "i" dotted. On our wedding weekend, Robin was simply amazing. She handled absolutely everything behind the scenes so we could stay present and enjoy the day. There were countless little things she did that we'll never forget, but the biggest takeaway is this: because of her, we had a stress-free wedding. Our guests and even our other vendors kept telling us it was one of the most fun weddings they'd ever attended. We are so grateful for Diana and Robin's expertise, warmth, and professionalism. Highly, highly recommend At Your Side Planning! read more

I really enjoyed working with Diana and Kendra and the whole At Your Side Planning Team! We chose the microwedding package and they were able to customize some items for us based on our preferences such as our own florals and some more chairs for extra guests. If you are planning to have a beach wedding, they were the perfect blend of month of coordination as well as planning and setup for the beach wedding. They are very organized and were able to give us a timeline with deadlines that kept us on track during the planning process. They also had good tips from their experiences with other weddings when we had questions. The micro packages are definitely more for couples who are ok with doing more active planning themselves, they give you suggestions of local vendors but the couple has to reach out to obtaining pricing and discuss specific details. They also do full service planning but we opted to do more things ourselves as we had fewer details to plan and fewer guests. It is very helpful for the day of coordination that they will have multiple coordinators to set up the ceremony site and the reception site which is often 2 different locations. read more

Diana and Kendra are both the most amazing wedding planners! From the beginning, they were extremely helpful and always answered my questions. I live out of state and they were able to coordinate everything for me. Diana and Kendra were always flexible when it came to meetings which I appreciated a lot as a busy bride. They're both very attentive and put love and care into everything. I had such a wonderful and stress-free wedding thanks to them. I can't say enough positive things about Diana and Kendra. I was so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Kendra from At Your Side Planning for my wedding. She was the easiest to work with! She made me feel like I was the only client she was working with throughout the past year, and we appreciate her level of service. I didn't know what to expect in a wedding planner, and she (and her team) went above and beyond those expectations. Kendra is super responsive to email, text, and very communicative. She really supported us every step of the way. Kendra was so on top of things, I had nothing to worry about ... literally. Diana and Robin were so great to work with. They were very organized, detailed and helpful in answering my questions (and I had a lot in the weeks leading up to the wedding!). They went above and beyond in their level of service and were just the best to work with. Robin even drove to our house a few days prior to the wedding to pick up things for us. She was available for calls and easily accessible via text on anything and everything that came up. The week of, she coordinated with all my vendors and helped pass on details so I didn't have to worry about it. It felt like having someone in your corner during what could usually be a stressful planning time. Highly recommend! read more

We enjoyed every moment of our wedding day, and we had Diana and Robin to thank for. Diana helped us with all the month-of planning and vendor coordination during the last month, and Robin was our day-of coordinator, who did a wonderful job! Diana was very responsive, efficient, professional and experienced. The last month before the wedding would have been way more stressful without her help. We had a lot of last-minute stuff, like adding rentals and hiring a videographer one week before the wedding, all of which well accommodated. We found our videographer through Diana too, which turned out to be a wonderful choice! Robin was absolutely amazing on the day-of. She helped place all the favors and place cards, and made sure the reception tables and welcome board looked great. We had Chinese door games, tea ceremony, rehearsal walk-through, family photoshoot, wedding ceremony and reception all in 8 hours. She kept everything on schedule, reminding people of the next agenda. She made sure my husband and I had something to eat during the cocktail hour between photo shoots. She had my powder and lipstick handy and help me freshen up often throughout the reception and party to make sure I was always camera ready. She helped me play a secret video to surprise my husband. She was so good that we pulled it off without causing any suspicion.:) I loved it when his jaw dropped when he saw the video messages from his friends who couldn't make it to the wedding. She even took the initiative to decorate the cake cutting table for us without bothering to let me know how bad it looked. I found out only after seeing the photos from our photographer. We had the on-site caterer prepare watermelon for us to cut instead of a cake (Because we love watermelon and don't like cake.) I understand they couldn't do anything more than literally stacking watermelon chunks up. I was already told beforehand that they couldn't do anything "fancy", but I guess when it came out, it looked a bit too "basic"... so Robin came to our table to "borrow" some greenery and succulents to make the cake table look a bit nicer. And it made a huge difference! (see pictures) I really really appreciate she did that. It was a perfect day! Thank you! read more

We would not have had the wedding of our dreams without the help of Diana from At your Side. She helped us out soooo much by all the booking and contacting of the different vendors. She always responded quickly and was always so sweet and informative in everything we came to her for. Kendra helped us during the week of the wedding and was amazing as well! She helped coordinate everyone and made sure everything went smoothly the day of. Both were incredible and I can't thank them enough! 11/10 would recommend this planning service if you're thinking about getting a wedding planner. They will make your lives 100% easier! read more

We cannot thank At Your Side Planning and especially our day of coordinator Kendra enough for all the work they did to help us achieve our dream wedding. We had a mostly DIY wedding and weren't sure if we needed a day of coordinator. Both my husband and I truly believe that hiring Kendra was the best decision we made for our wedding. Throughout the whole process ,from initial email to 10pm on our wedding, Kendra was on top of everything! Being available via email and text everyday and following up with prompt replies, she helped ease our mind when last minute stressors popped up. At your side planning exceeded our expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend their service to anyone. Thank you so much Kendra!! - Mary and Matt read more

Kendra and the team at "At Your Side Planning" is amazing!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Kendra for being the brains and organization behind our wedding on 5/20/2023. The event was everything I had wished for, and it would not have been possible without her. I worked with Kendra for a little over a year, during which she helped me find the perfect venue, contacted numerous vendors for each aspect of the wedding, and made sure I was within budget and on track with payment and decision deadlines. Even with my unforgiving work schedule and my slow response to emails, she was patient and understanding, and somehow always made all our meetings work out with her schedule. She's definitely a pro at her craft, and is dedicated to providing her clients with their dream wedding. She handled everything for us on the day of the wedding, so that we did not have to stress about anything. This was literally the best investment we could have made for our wedding, and we couldn't recommend At Your Side Planning more for your special day! read more

I don't have enough words to say how thankful I am to have found this amazing company! I was searching for someone, anyone who could help me plan an elopement for me and my fiancé. I spoke with Diana, sent her pictures I found on Pinterest that I liked for a ceremony set up and flowers. I have zero eye for design myself and was just hoping for something simple and beautiful. I was blown away when I arrived to the ceremony location. It was like Diana had picked the images out of my brain and set up the ceremony site just how I had envisioned. Also, I have to mention that Diana is responsive and stayed in constant communication with me. I really appreciated her getting back to me quickly to answer all of my questions. Kendra, our officiant, called to speak with us about the flow of the ceremony and to make sure we were on the same page with how everything would go. Diana and Kendra were so polite, professional, kind, and supportive. I will definitely be recommending At Your Side Planning to anyone I know who will be getting married. We hired Yvonne and Shauna to provide Day Of Coordination for our August 2015 wedding, and we COULD NOT be happier with their services. Hiring a day of coordinator was kind of an after-thought for us. *read, we did not include it in the budget* Diana worked with us for MONTHS before we even hired them to come up with a package that would work for our budget and give us exactly what we needed. A lot of people with say, oh, I can do your Day of Coordination for $600. But what do you get for $600? You don't get what you need. Something will be left undone. You probably need a lot more in terms of hours or warm bodies than what that $600 package can provide. There are so many little details that need to be handled a month before a wedding. Not including the fact that I got sick right before the wedding. It was so nice to just hand over those last minute tasks to people who are as meticulous as I am. Yvonne confirmed with ALL of my vendors, multiple times because things always change at the last minute. When I couldn't take another moment looking at the beauty schedule for the day of the wedding, Yvonne handled it. She reviewed our inventory list from our caterer to make sure we had absolutely everything we purchased, and confirmed all timelines for all of our vendors. She even had a few extra hands to help with the ceremony and the reception. On the day of, she was a complete life saver. She coordinated with all of the vendors, kept our parents happy, and made sure that EVERY SINGLE ITEM that I sent to the reception was returned back to me! I was so surprised! Shauna was in charge of setting up the reception area. Shauna and Victoria attended my walk-though and they were extremely attentive. Without even having a 'mock-up' appointment of what I wanted everything to look like, she executed the items I gave her perfectly. I gave her 18 Moroccan lanterns and said, "Use them all, or use none of them. Just use your discretion." lol. That was terrible instruction on my part, but Shauna knew exactly what to do and made everything look perfect. The first best thing you can do for your wedding is hire a wedding coordinator. The second best thing you can do for your wedding is hire At Your Side Planning. read more

We hired Diana for day of coordination for our wedding. Part of my job is to plan events at work and it was important to me that I didn't "work" at my wedding. Diana was amazing and I couldn't recommend her and her assistant, Syvan, enough. Diana reached out to me about a month prior to the wedding to figure out what I've already planned and she worked with me to finish the last minute details. She had great questions and really helped me fine tune everything and was great at responding to emails. She and Syvan were excellent on the wedding day itself. I didn't have to take care of anything- they handled it all. If anything went wrong, I didn't know about it. They kept the day stress-free for me and made sure I just enjoyed the day. I couldn't recommend Diana and her staff enough. read more

I wish I could give this company " 5 Thousand Stars" rather than just 5! I knew we would be in great hands from the moment I spoke to Diana about our daughter's wedding over a year ago. Our wedding coordinator, Kendra, went above and beyond in every way to make sure things went off without a hitch before, during and even after the wedding! She is professional while also keeping good humor and kindness throughout the process which was so appreciated. She kept us all organized and she was amazing with each and every vendor to make sure our daughter's wedding day was a success. I cannot recommend this company more highly! Thanks a million to At Your Side Planning!! read more

My wife and I aren't terribly traditional people. Therefore, our wedding could probably be characterized as "different". With different comes a lot more work. We went into it thinking, "Hey, no problem! We'll hire the DJ, then we'll nail down a venue and get the thing catered, and we're done!" Well that lasted about a month before we realized we were in over our betrothed heads. We lucked out and landed Diana & Co. on our first call to wedding planners. We definitely made the right move by hiring them. At first, a wedding planner is really a professional pain-in-your-ass, always reminding you of all the crap you need to do, and when. This is a good thing, ultimately, but if that were all they did for us, I wouldn't recommend hiring a planner at all. The money we spent on Diana really started paying off when we were dealing with vendors, and what might be called "crunch time". The rehearsal, the chair vendor, the incompetent reception venue, the damned transportation, Diana and her team took care of all that nonsense, thank goodness. We still marvel at how smoothly everything went on the wedding day itself. All we had to do was show up, and the rest was in the hands of At Your Side. Thanks again, Diana! read more

Just Amazing! I don't have one negative comment about Diana & her team from At Your Side Planning. I'm the kind of person who thought I could do this myself & went into the planning stage prepared to do everything & assign a few tasks to my mom & bridal party.. as Bridezilla kicked in & I was feeling like strangling my mother over the phone, she quickly did research to find a highly recommended Wedding Planner & offered to split to cost with me to save our relationship (kidding... a little) :) From the first conversation with Diana I knew this was someone I could work with. We emailed consistently throughout the planning and between in person meetings. She handled my ranting, winding emails with as much detail as the ones in bullet point. She always responded promptly and thoroughly. A big concern my fiance had was that by having a planner we would end up spending more using her vendors than if we dug some up ourselves. That was proven so wrong over and over. All of her recommendations were amazingly priced & we felt like we had special treatement from each of her vendors just by mentioning "Diana sent us". They all loved working with her as much as we did, and that says a lot. I keep hearing about how gorgeous the flowers were, and I never would have found that vendor without Diana! Same for the photographers, whom we loved so much we consider them friends now. She asked us questions I never would have thought to be concerned about, and made sure all of the details were checked, re-checked and confirmed. She worked with my friends/vendors who were not quite as professional as hers, but treated them with the same level of respect. Most importantly, when it came time for the big day, Diana and her team truly made me feel like I had nothing to be concerned about & I could relax and think only about the joy of getting ready to walk down the isle & the amazingly beautiful party that followed! If we can ever think of a reason to throw a party anywhere close to that magnitude again, I would love the opportunity to work with her again! Absolutely worth every penny. read more

Diana and Kendra are amazing! Diana was helpful in the beginning stage helping us think of the design elements, she is a professional and an expert. Kendra is a blessing, so easy to work with! In the last few days before the wedding, she took so many things off my plate (laundering my bridesmaids robes, buying garnish for the bar). During the wedding she had a runner go out and get extra lash glue when I cried my falsies off. She was on point and soothing when I was in freakout mode. And to top it all off, my first wedding date was March 2020/delayed by COVID19, and they kept all the vendors in check and sticking with me to the final date.
