They stand behind their products and service - I have not had a lot of issues but when I have they have been quick to make things right. I highly recommend this local business. UPDATE: Had an issue with fraying cords this summer. Every blind replaced FOR FREE. Melody and Ralph continue to hit it out of the park.

After 1-1/2 years searching internet sites for ideas and products for window treatments for our new…read morehome and always ending my search out of frustration, I decided to reach out to a blind/drapery business that only deals with window treatments. I contacted the Little Blind Shop. Karen's expertise and knowledge was off the charts and my 1-1/2 years of frustration quickly vanished. Karen was able to narrow down from her extremely large fabric and blind selection to a handful of selections that brought my vision to reality. Every time I walk into my home I feel like I am walking into someone else's home, my window treatments are beautiful and I am so happy with how they all came together so perfectly. (My husband loves them & he never says anything about what I do in the house - quite a compliment after 42 years with him) I continually am getting compliments on the window treatments and even have been told "It looks like a page out of Better Homes and Gardens!" (No wonder I feel like I'm walking into someone else's home - it's not just me!!) Karen's installer also was "top-notch" & very attentive to detail of the end result (i.e.rod height/placement/folds in draperies/height off floor - overall finished installed look).
