They sent a technician who immediately said it was not fixable. Turns out it had been discontinued when we bought it. They were trying to sell through their stock to make room for other/new items. They gave us a store credit to this New Hartford NY location where we initially bought the couch from. We decided to get a new couch from somewhere else. Today we went in to use the credit toward something else and were told in order to use it, they need to take the original couch away. I was not told this. We had already got rid of it to make room for the new couch from somewhere else. This place used to be considered high end. Not anymore. They scam you by selling knowingly defective merchandise and then make you jump through hoops to actually use your hard earned money toward something useful. Don't waste your time at this place. So they end up with $2,936.15 of my money.

On the way home I found the one I wanted online and called her back to change my order. 2 weeks after having our new mattress the stitching is coming undone, and it did not regain it shape from the vacuum sealed package it came in. Called for a service appointment. The day before the service appointment I had received NO information regarding the appointment, so I called Raymour and Flanagan at which time they told me the appointment was cancelled. Cancelled WITHOUT notifying me? Got a new appointment and the service man took pictures and said they would be sent to the company and I would hear in a few days. 2 weeks have gone by, and I've heard nothing, so I called Raymour and Flanagan. The girl answering the phone said she was emailing service and I'm STILL WAITING. TERRIBLE customer service!!

I was embarrassed for her. I have been in customer service for a long time and he treated a Co worker like a piece of garbage. Had it not been for her other 2 co workers, a lovely lady and a younger tall chap, I probably would have walked out. Never berate your staff in front of customers. She managed to correct the issue, however what is disconcerting is that if she ran into trouble again, the other two told her just to reach out them, that Antoine was in one of his moods. That is not okay. Please do something about his manner. When I had my own stores, employees tgat spoke their co workers like that would have been out the door. He needs to be restrained in customer service. When I have to purchase again which I will, if he is the only one there, I will come in a different day. Otherwise Heather deserves 5 stars for her composure and personality. Loved her
