As soon as I tell him it's a repair he flags down Maurice and he's all eyes on me. Fills me in about the issues that he finds. Let me know that some pieces wouldn't be worth fixing. And shares all the options. Freaking great HONEST service! I pay, given a receipt and return a week later. When I returned the store was a little more busy. I take the time to eye some of the jewelry and bags displayed throughout the store. Cute unique items at a moderate price. Purchased my sister's bday/Christmas gift months early because I couldn't let that deal pass me. Every single piece that I gave him a week ago that was broken, bent, and dirty was returned brand new. Beautiful craftsmanship and he respects time. When I returned all the items to my mom she was ecstatic about the quick turnaround. Who doesn't like making their mom happy?
