HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were told (sale associate) we would receive a credit on a phone trade in/upgrade, only to find out 6 months later that the trade in credit expired the month before. We were lied too only to find out we now owe $1100 for a phone we were told was going to be like $50 with the trade in credits. read more

The person who assisted us was very inefficient. She gave us the phone but could not assist us with setting it up. We are senior citizens in our 70s and not very tech savvy. The suggestions she made did not work. The old phone was 10 years old and had an old email address for the user which we could not change because it was set up by the former employer of the user. We left the store, still unable to use the phone. A few hours later we were back at the store, still unable to use the phone. Again, there were three employees standing around but nobody offered to help us figure out how to get the new phone working. I would not EVER recommend this store to anyone who is elderly, young and uneducated about cell phones, or anyone who has never had a cell phone before. 24 hours later and we still can't use the phone. read more

Went in last night and spoke with a guy that was super helpful gave me a quote for a phone and a trade in offer on current phone but he was super busy so we agreed to come back in the morning. The guy this morning is a rude condescending jerk. Everything he said was completely different then the last guy we spoke to and he had an attitude about it. Refused to give me his name when I asked and just walked away and laughed. read more

I was really needing to add a line to my account and some other minor troubleshooting on my iPad. Not only did the associate take his time but incredibly patient with me. We had my service up and running in no time and we even added the line while we were doing troubleshooting. It was great and my new favorite AT&T! read more

THE BEST AT&T STORE EVER! Kelly and Rozi were the employees the day I went in and they were soooo helpful. They managed to help with my account and fix all my problems in a timely manner (and with SPARKLING personalities). 10/10 recommend before any other store! read more

While the staff is semi helpful, it's hard to tell when they will be there. Store hours should read 9-ish to whenever. Also, one employee is not near enough to handle the customer flow. Maybe start with opening on time tho. That would be great. The rest of us have other places to be as well. read more

UPDATE: the regional manager reached out after the manager told him of my experience and gave me an…read more$840 credit! He made it right! When I went into exchange my phone and see what they could do the gal was very nice to work with told me I could trade in my phone and I would only have to pay $160 on a replacement phone that cost $840. I told her I wanted to pay the phone off. She said I needed to turn in my phone within 30 days cleared to get that promotion. Went back in today to surrender my old phone and worked with the manager who told me my phone was only a $180 credit and I would have to pay the rest. I told him that's not what she told me and you need to call her. So he called her and I could hear them on the phone and she confirmed what I said. The manager confirmed she had told me that. He refused to do anything about it other than take a couple services off of two other devices I have to lower my bill $12 a month. Told him leave it, keep the phone and walked out. Horrible manager. Would not recommend this place!

But 2-17-2016 Pam distributing Co. contacted me (not from UPS-we found out later why) said UPS made a mistake and they have my package waiting to be picked up at their facility instead deliver to me. Pam distributing Co. did not apologized at all when this message was delivered to me. According to their explanation to me was because this whole mistaken happened by UPS not them. I just complain and told them I will pick up because I myself also do business and sometimes unexpected things happen. 3. I couldn't pick up the package because I got tide up for my business. So this package went back to Pam distributing Co. I did request re-sent my package again ASAP. I provide to them my CORRECT business address, phone number, email address, & etc to make sure. I also requested not charging additional shipping cost this time because prior to what have happened last shipping. But there answer was no. I did not appreciate their business mind and attitude how they deal with me who owns a small business in America to survive everyday. But I did not have time to argue with them so I just focused to provide them my information for them to stay away from any further order and shipping problems. 4. PACKAGE DELIVERED TO FALSE ADDRESS AGAIN and Pam distributing Co. asked me to go pick up from someone else business location. JUST LIKE A COMMAND, again without apology or explain. I sent also proved label image attached for them to stop blaming UPS and admit there mistake. * I requested INVOICE (because there was no invoice for my order in the package-most the time they do not provide invoice and very bad attitude to receive the order when I submit - They just started web online store and I hope they do business instead continue this ugly hazardous just like a command to the small business people like me in the public to cause damage.) * I requested CREDIT BACK 50% of SHIPPING charge.( reason is, I do not want to continue with there UNHEALTHY BUSINESS MIND.
