Have visited Mr. Rods last August when the store was under repair and talked to Mr. Jeff about what models of Frigidaire they carry. When our fridge went bad after 17 years I phoned Friday afternoon and asked about a replacement . I told Jeff what model number we wanted and he told me that he would look into when he could get one At almost less than 30 minutes Jeff called and said that they did have one in stock. I purchased it over the phone with Jeff offering a Monday delivery. I was already had a full Monday so we made Tuesday after 1PM the delivery time. On Tuesday the truck arrived on time and the driver knew us from the first time he delivered appliances many years ago. The delivery and setup went smoothly and quickly as the removal also of our old fridge. The next morning I noticed that the fridge side door some resistance when I open it. The door was not self-closing and also had some resistance closing. It also made a loud cracking noise when I closed it. The next morning I phoned Jeff and he told me that he would have someone come that afternoon to check it out, The service call went well and now all is well with our new Frigidaire and we are very happy with the quick ordering, delivery and service from Jeff at Mr. Rods. All of our home appliances from washer & dryers and all our kitchen appliances come from Mr. Rods in Houma, LA. We highly recommend Mr. Rods as their sales and service are good and quick.

And she "accidentally" scans my most expensive item twice. Not an accident. I said I could do cash or card what ever is quicker. She says either one is fine. I called on the following Tuesday as we did not get our cards as promised. I was told someone would get back with me. No call. On Wednesday I called again and still no answer as to what the hold up was. We were off the next 2 days for the holiday. On Monday (now 2 weeks later) I called and was told they did them but forgot to do the backs and the guy would be in that day and we would have at the end of that day. Nope! No call from them. I called that afternoon and I was told "The guy did not come and they would be done buy the end of day Tuesday". When I called Tuesday 10 a.m. to make sure we were getting that day they were so RUDE. Yes! If he comes in you will get them!! That is what she exclaimed. When we finally got them at 2:30pm and asked if a discount would be applied, the lady was so vile, foul, loud and outright unpleasant. I would NEVER EVER, not under any condition, would I recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional, incompetent. They do not even deserve 1 star.

My mom is the type of person hat thinks flowers are dumb cause they die within a week or two, but still loves to see and smell it. I decided to place an online order for delivery, a month in advance but they could only deliver 2 days after Mother's Day. I decided to order since my mom doesn't make a big deal out of late celebration deliveries, and also I have not been able to find a local florist that delivered in 70058 till I stumbled upon Simply Gorgeous Flowers. The day of delivery, the florist called me that she could not see my credit card number online - only the last four digits. She asked me to send it give it to her over the phone, but I felt uncomfortable with that idea. She told me she can send an invoice (via Quickbooks) and I just need to put the credit card number in and we should be ok. I felt much more comfortable with that idea and my flowers were delivered that day. My mom LOVED her flowers. The pricing was affordable and the flowers were great! The roses were blossomed and full at arrival and the lilies were going to be blossomed soon! This means the bouquet could last a couple weeks! She also noted that the flowers smelled better than the ones in the past, so this was a bonus! I will continue to order from Simply Gorgeous Flowers again in the future.
