I went into the AT&T mobile store this morning at about 9:30 AM the person no one got up to help me. I hear someone calling from a chair, her name wise.Taj reeves. I told her I wanted to upgrade and change over to AT&T. She had a look on her face like I was bothering her. She started speaking extremely loud to me very rudely. I ask her am I bothering you? She got very apprehensive. I told her I'm just going to leave but I want to see a manager. She jumped up and ran to the manager and started saying how bad I was and all this stuff . He wants the assistant manager Dexter. I believe his name was I told him I know that there are cameras in there all they have to do is go to the camera. And see how she was treating me. He lost a big sale when I got ready to leave there was no apology nothing. I ask him. Are you not even going to apologize to me for her actions? He said have a nice day and I'm gonna be real honest. My wife went by to pay owed balance in cash. Employee told her a balance that was $182 over actual balance, so wife (not knowing) paid amount. I went in later, with proof from AT&T, that payment was $182 too much. But store would not refund the difference. I stood my ground (actually sat in a chair) and insisted on getting OUR (not their) money back and wanted manager to come to the store. She elected not to interrupt her Saturday evening activity and come to help a customer, but the police sure did come - and they protected and served the corporate entity, rather than a citizen who was who was overcharged and owed money - money that was earmarked for other bills. After leaving, I called AT&T customer "service." Result? "I'm sorry, but since your wife paid cash, we cannot refund your over payment." "What about sending us a prepaid debit card or check?" "I'm sorry, but we can't do that. But your credit will make next month's bill $1." read more

I was visiting from out of state when my phone had a meltdown. I went into the store on Saturday, stayed for 2 hours, on the phone with Apple for 45 minutes of that time, only to be told I couldn't get a phone for 3 days. Employees were all very friendly and eager to help. I found the manager (can't remember her name), she stepped in, took control, and offered the best solution. Luckily, I had insurance so my new phone will be arriving in about 24 hours. Great store! read more
