AS SHE WAS YAWNING, "Do you need something?" is how i was greeted. I said that I needed to make a payment, she took my info and began typing on the keyboard and then as she was waiting for he slow computer to pull up info, she pulled her personal cell phone out and got on FaceBook after 5 minutes of facebook she took my money and placed the receipt on the desk. She did not say thank you or here is your receipt, she simply placed the paper on the desk and picked up the store phone and dialed a number. She spoke with someone about my account, I think and as she was waiting on the phone, got her cell phone out again and got back on FaceBook. Not telling me what the hell was going on, so I sat for 15 minutes waiting for her to say ANYTHING to me. Finally I asked, "Are we done here?" to which she replied, "Yes, that's your receipt" while she was still looking at her Cell phone!! 15 minutes to make a simple payment???? NOT A THANK YOU FOR COMING IN DURING CUSTOMER APPRECIATION DAY. This girl is worthless as a customer service/sales person. I felt like I WAS NOT WELCOME IN HER STORE! IF YOU EVER GO HERE AVOID THE YOUNG AFRICAN-AMERICAN GIRL, SHE IS NOT HELPFUL, WILL NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS IN A HELPFUL MANNER AND WILL IGNORE YOU WHILE SHE TAKES CARE OF HER FACEBOOK COMMENTS. Oh. My. Gosh! This place is the BEST! I have used them 3 times now. Once for a new battery and once…read morefor a new screen. But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have a phone issue, save yourself some time and go straight to Mr. Phone. You won't be disappointed!

I have been in desperate need of a new cell carrier because my current one has very little service and terribly expensive to top up hotspot data, which is 10$ for 2 gigs. But I couldn't get service in the middle of a city! No texting, no calling, no internet, no hotspot. A friend told me how US CELLULAR had great customer service. I rarely hear those words these days so I thought I would give them a shot. And it was a brief shot. I walked in the store where two employees were helping other customers. However, other customers must prevent the employees from greeting new customers as they enter. And... Even after the customers leave. I stood there looking at phones waiting for a "may I help you?" Or anything at all. I waited another ten minutes with no one but myself and two employees then walked out the door. Good customer service, huh? Not in Okmulgee! Ps....I also had the money to buy a phone outright. Lost sale. Oh well.
