Update: I returned to the store and successfully purchased a new hot spot to replace my aging one. Purchase was quick, easy, and did not require me to show my drivers license this time. Thank you AT&T McAlester. read more

I've been trying to call this store for over a week to ask questions about possibly switching to AT&T but Not Once has anyone answered the Phone!!! I called the Checotah, OK location as well with No results!!! I was able to leave a voicemail with the Checotah office but theyNever called me back! You must not want or need new Customers! If I could I'd put ZERO starts!!! read more
