We went in wanting to add a line and get a phone, as soon as we walked in we were hit up with what's your account info, oh wow your bills so high let's see what we can do. We asked about the phones and were told he didn't know much about one and that was it. We had to look it up ourselves. Then he tried to change all 6 lines to different plans because according to him it wouldn't let us add another line without doing so, we'd go from unlimited to not and it would be an additional $25 a month. Nothing made sense he was only trying to benefit himself we ended up making up an excuse to run out of there! We went home and found out we can add as many lines as we want without changing anything and we already have a few of the discounts he was saying we would get. Joe was Very shady!!! read more
